Gary at Leeds Birstall was absolutely amazing. Showed us all the sofas that were available for quick delivery and in the sale. We ended up getting a 3 piece set recliner for an amazing price and even better it was delivered the same day from their external delivery partner.

Great service from Csilla in Uddingston when purchasing our dining set

I had a very disappointing experience with NCF Living in Bradford. The item I received was damaged upon delivery, and the company has refused to accept any liability, citing a signed waiver. The delivery drivers were extremely rude and abruptly shoved a piece of paper in front of me to sign, without explaining what it was. I initially assumed I was signing for the delivery, but it turned out to be a waiver, which was never explained to me.
The delivery process was disappointing as well. The drivers were unwilling to build the sofa and expected to leave it unassembled. When I asked if they could take the sofa through the neighbor’s garden and lift it over the fence, they declined citing health and safety concerns. Despite this, they managed to get the items out of the vehicle and into the house, and they confirmed everything was okay at the time.
The sofa arrived missing three legs, which the driver acknowledged and said would be delivered within 2-3 days. It has now been over a week with no update. Additionally, the furniture is damaged — the beading is broken, there are faded areas, and there is minor damage to the bottom of the sofa. I paid £2,288 for this item, but NCF is only willing to replace the legs and refuses to investigate the other damages or offer any further resolution.
The customer service I received from Sally H was appalling and unhelpful, reflecting poorly on the company as a whole. Based on this experience, I would not recommend NCF Living to anyone

Went into london rd shop and was approached by balgit thornton who was very helpful and explained about sofa i was interested in..i will certainly go back and ask for balgit who was brilliant

I bought a sofa and foot storage stool. At the end of the sale I was told it's £100 delivery charge, I should have been told this earlier.
I did go ahead with order but due to circumstances beyond my control I had to claim a refund. I only received 75% of the price of the sofa. I feel like I have been robbed, I lost £200 for a product I didn't receive. The staff in the shop were lovely, however, all this should have been explained before I paid any money. I will never use NCF again and do not recommend them.
