We bought a sofa after telling the salesman that we HAD TO have in within 6 weeks as we were moving house.He told us it would be with us in maximum 4 weeks.We stupidly paid for it in full.5 weeks later we were given a date for it "to arrive in the warehouse"by the 30th august.This was later than we hoped but left it at that.Then we recieved another email stating it was now going to be the 18th september.This was right near the time of moving 70 miles up north so we thought it was better to ask for a refund.The lady i 1st talked too was extremely rude and when she told me my cancellation fee on a £1000 sofa would be 50% i laughed and she hung up on me.The 2nd lady was much nicer but told me i couldnt cancel unless i forfitted £500 which was rediculous.We decided to go to the shop we bought it from but that was a complete waste of time.The manager was pleasant but couldnt do a single thing to help.We have to wait til the 18th now to see what happens but very soon after that we will be moving.I pray we get it on the 18th but ime frightened they will put it back again.We will see but i am NOT impressed with this company who still have £1000 of my money and nothing to show for it bar a headache.

Zaf was brilliant in the derby store so helpful easy to do easy with delivery So simple no messing about absolutely happy

Eli at the Bradford branch was amazing, excellent customer service and super friendly. She is an asset to your company, really pleased with her service.

Are your staff lazy or just incompetent?
Waiting on delivery for 3 months that should have been 2 weeks and we have to do all the chasing as NCF doesnt communicate.
No-one in customer services has a clue what's going on, id be surprised if they could dress themselves in the morning

I have emailed customer services - no response
I have called 7 times (been on hold for over 1 hour and a half) - had the phone put down on me.
