We were looking for a complete bathroom renovation. As I had had a few jobs done by Nicky I approached him to see about getting the work done. He came over, measured up, gave us a few ideas about what we could do. He also told us about the suppliers that he would recommend. After having a look, we sent him the details of what we would like, a couple of days later he sent over the quote and a time schedule. On the date agreed, Nicky and his team arrived on time. Everything went to plan, the team arrived on time each day, and by the end of the week everything was completed. The team worked in a clean and tidy manner, and the job was completed to a very high standard. We are absolutely delighted with our new bathroom, it's exactly what we were looking for.

We recently had a full bathroom and ensuite renovation from the team and everything was perfect from start to finish. The communication from Nicky was great from the outset and throughout both jobs. Everything was completed to a high standard and we're extremely happy with the end result.

Cozy Heating just fitted a new tank for us. He was in and out in a day, polite and tidy. The pressure in my shower is amazing now. I cant thank them enough.

I called Nicky, in desperate need of help. I had called several engineers without success and my friend recommended him from their home renovation. Within an hour he called me and diagnosed the issue. He called a friend in my local area and my problem was sorted that night. Even though he couldn’t help, he found the solution. Nicky was polite, professional and very organised. I felt I could trust him to do a good job replacing my boiler and radiators and he did. The quality of workmanship is superb. Kai made sure everything was beautifully tidied up at the end. I would use them again in a heartbeat and thoroughly recommend.

My husband and I can't recommend Nicky from Cozy Heating highly enough. He installed new boiler for us, did some fabulous plumbing under the kitchen sink, new taps, and additional work in a utility cupboard, so we can move the washing machine out of the kitchen. Nicky was friendly, tidy, professional and had suggestions to keep costs down. We're not living in the the flat yet, so to get keys from me, he picked me up at the local train station and even offered to bring me a Starbucks! I'd rate this 10 stars if I could!

Called Nicky to service my dad’s boiler. Unfortunately it had seen better days. New boiler and glue installed on short notice. N day of job everybody was on time. Work was neat and tidy. Overall very impressed. Excellent.

I have used Nicky several times now to replace a boiler and now to maintain and service 2 flats for yearly inspections. He is very professional, hardworking, trustworthy and happy to deal with the Tennants at the property. He always provided us with a fast and efficient service and nothing is a bother to him. He takes great pride in his work right down to the paperwork where receipts, invoices and gas service certificates are all sent online making it all easier for us as landlords to manage. He has also carried out work for my family who were also delighted by the advice and service given.

I could not recommend Cozy Heating enough! We needed a new boiler and 4 new radiators installed. The guys did the job in two days as said with no issues at all. Even at the enquiring stage, Nicki came out really quickly and gave us plenty of information with regards to the different types of boilers available/recommendations/payment plans etc. delighted with the service :)

Nicky and his team carried out extensive renovation works on my property including full bathroom refit, kitchen refit and installation of a downstairs bathroom that was an old cupboard.

They were attentive, great communication, turned up when they said they would, very tidy workers and went the extra mile to make sure everything was spot on.

What can I say, Cozy heating well my home is now thanks to Nicky and the whoever cancelled at the last minute… my boiler broke a few days ago and I was having bother with my insurance company, Nicky was recommended through another family member and helped me to decide what to do next he even came the same day to view the job gave me choices and quotes I trust my instincts and knew instantly I could trust this guy to be both fair and honest and I wasn’t wrong the next day he arrived on time as planned and got on with the job installing my new boiler which comes with a great warranty and left my home just as he found it leaving no mess I can’t thank you enough Nicky great job, 100% definitely contact again should any other jobs be required.

If you have ever held off getting any central heating installed or boiler replacement work done because you were worried about quality of workmanship or disruption to your life - please don't. I held off for years, with the promise of others saying they would do it for me and do it better than 'cowboys'. Well, what a load of nonsense. The best thing I have ever done is get Cozy Heating to install a heating system for me - I took that chance and I will never look back.
These guys are amazing - they are down to earth, they listen, they care about what matters to you, they treat your home with respect and deliver the quality that they would expect in their own home.
My home is a disaster area. These guys did not see that. They did not judge. What they did do is listen to what was important to me and treated both me and my home with respect.
They were the tidiest workers I have ever seen. Communication was amazing - keeping me informed on progress and always double checking on what I wanted before they executed anything.

Nicky was great from the get go. He came out when we were having issues with our boiler and tried to fix it. He suggested that a new boiler would be best as fixing the old one wouldn’t be worth while. He sent over different boilers options within just a few days, all varying in price which gave me a choice of which I could afford. The booking system was so easy use plus Nicky was always reachable through his Facebook page when I had any questions. Getting the boiler installed only took a few hours and the place was left in immaculate conditions. The piping work is amazing and has actually gave us more room in the boiler cupboard for storage. Nicky also offers a service system which is carried out yearly to keep the boiler is good condition. I won’t be going anywhere else for my heating services now. Thanks again!
