Negative opinion

Negative opinion. Unprofessional approach. Annual price increases from min. 20% to over 200%. Presented to long-standing clients in a so-called "transparent" manner. Quality of services remains unchanged. It's a pity that the company's planned acquisitions are detrimental to customers. I hope the market will respond.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

They are probably worse registrar in Poland. AVOID AT ALL COST. To change email address you must send them mail -> NOT EMAIL. To transfer domain you again must send them mail to their HQ in Krakow. Then and only then they will release auth code. When checked with support why they said they have security issues and thats the only way to verify it. You have to wait for auth code which they are again sending by mail -> Postman left that "secure" mail with random person that was around my house without checking their credentials!!! Transfer of domain is taking forever and even after they agree of transfer they added bill now for "Dns Anycast" for domain that is being transferred w t f! They are scammers AVOID AVOID AVOID Worse company to manage domains and horrible to transfer to another registrar.

Dear Sir

the procedure for obtaining an AuthInfo code is explained in the Terms of Service. We offer several ways to submit your application. In addition to the possibility of delivering the application in person or sending it by traditional post, you can also send the application by e-mail with a qualified signature, whose power is equivalent to your own handwritten signature under the document. Whichever method of delivery you choose, we ensure that your application is authorised quickly and efficiently. The AuthInfo code is sent by post on the day the application is submitted or on the next working day, and the code can only be collected after the document has been signed by an authorised person.
In order to maintain domains registered with external registrars on DNS servers of nazwa.pl it is required to pay a proforma for the DNS Anycast service. A domain transfer does not change its configuration, so if the domain was still pointing to the nazwa.pl DNS servers during the transfer, the proforma for the DNS Anycast service has been correctly generated.

We would like to remind you that our Customer Service specialists are available around the clock to answer any questions you may have about proformas or our services. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns.

Steer away from Nazwa.

Steer away from Nazwa.
In 2023, there is still 1 company that asks you to send them a letter by post to get a transfer code for your domain! Yes a written letter ! Where all companies have a button through their panel to get auth/transfer code. They ask for your letter and send you the code on a friday by letter, which arrives on tuesday and guess what? The code is valid for only 5 days 🙌
Congratulation Nazwa, i’m telling all my customers to steer away from you as far as possible 💪
