Negative opinion. Unprofessional approach. Annual price increases from min. 20% to over 200%. Presented to long-standing clients in a so-called "transparent" manner. Quality of services remains unchanged. It's a pity that the company's planned acquisitions are detrimental to customers. I hope the market will respond.
Was scammed.
They wanted verification that I disagreed and also I was outside so I couldnt do it. They gave me time limit and I couldnt pass it with the time limit neither.
I also cannot withdraw money from my konto nadplat.
I cannot buy domains to spend money.
This is fraud, I will claim to Polish authorities.

They are probably worse registrar in Poland. AVOID AT ALL COST. To change email address you must send them mail -> NOT EMAIL. To transfer domain you again must send them mail to their HQ in Krakow. Then and only then they will release auth code. When checked with support why they said they have security issues and thats the only way to verify it. You have to wait for auth code which they are again sending by mail -> Postman left that "secure" mail with random person that was around my house without checking their credentials!!! Transfer of domain is taking forever and even after they agree of transfer they added bill now for "Dns Anycast" for domain that is being transferred w t f! They are scammers AVOID AVOID AVOID Worse company to manage domains and horrible to transfer to another registrar.

Steer away from Nazwa.
In 2023, there is still 1 company that asks you to send them a letter by post to get a transfer code for your domain! Yes a written letter ! Where all companies have a button through their panel to get auth/transfer code. They ask for your letter and send you the code on a friday by letter, which arrives on tuesday and guess what? The code is valid for only 5 days 🙌
Congratulation Nazwa, i’m telling all my customers to steer away from you as far as possible 💪
