Navimow Segway Reviews 

Dear Navimow team,
Overall, this robot mower has many great advantages. I specifically chose this model because it combines multiple technologies to operate. Even though LiDAR technology is now available as well (which I believe would also work quite well), this combined system was a major selling point for me.
On the positive side, the mower is powerful and strong—it easily manages rather large obstacles (3–4 cm) and is very easy to maintain.
However, there is one major issue from my perspective. Ever since the last app/firmware update, the performance has noticeably degraded. The robot has started running into obstacles it used to avoid, and it takes a very long time to switch between the camera and GPS rather than using them seamlessly together. It now drives into and over areas where it never had problems before.
I hope these software issues can be resolved in future updates, as the hardware itself is great.

I have the x450 and it is amazing. The cost is very competitive and is well worth it. I have a complex lawn with steep hills and it is able to handle it. The mower has 4g and RTK options (RTK is included). I use the RTK option because our 4g signal is weak (some of the other robot mowers do not supply the RTK as part of the standard package). In terms of servicing/repairs, Segway is sold thru out the country so parts and servicing/repairs should not be an issue (which is an issue for some of the other robot mowers).

My ex refused to disconnect the app but also wanted me to keep the mower. She put it in the attic and enabled the alarm that goes off when the device is moved, which can only be unlocked through the app. Hence, I was unable to move or use a device that was in my house and my property.

Customer sevice asked for proof of purchase and quickly resolved the issue after I provider it.

I have used the chat within the app and was completely satisfied. All of My issues were resolved in a timely manner so far.

Navimow i105 first season. The Navi is doing excellent. Sometimes it is almost irritating careful doing the lawn. Have had no complications so far. One stop which was our own fault testing the external limit. Have turned the blades and also bought new ones with xtra premium quality. We leave the place for weeks doing the tasks from mobile distance. We are 150% satisfied and can recommend Navimow Segway. The inbuilt messages in the app are giving easy access to info and support. Navi is raising the quality of life. WHY did not we but this earlier?

Great products which work very good and reliable.
Net RTK is perfect without external antenna.
Product is very easy to install and to put in operation.
Good support from the Netherlands for Europe.

Navimow's software updates made a minor confusing issue dissappear. They knew before I could tell them.

Good machin easy to install great app just perfect for my garden except that it is not cutting the edge of the grass and if there is pavement he stop cutting. Customer service excellent quick to repair within 2 years of purchase. Did already make 3 of my friends buy the same machin and they are more than happy

Quick and effective response. Software updates could be more effective (Still some free zones around trees and borders not mowed by mower)

I simply love my Navimow. It is doing what it promised. Big front wheels. Excellent!!!

Unfortunately my Navimow developed a fault after 2 months. However this highlighted a very positive experience with Customer Service. Within a week the Original Faulty Unit had been returned and a replacement was in use. I am very grateful for the rapid response from the Navimow team. I didn't even have to cut the grass prior to the replacement arriving. Excellent Customer Service.

Rabbits dug four holes in my lawn and my robot has fun going around them
Not much fun for me as I keep feeling them in and covering them over only for it to be rooted up again
I am very happy with my robot hope I will get a good few years out of it it is in its second year
