Good prices and site
I found the site to be quite easy to use and the prices were good most of the time (I booked a trip and found in almost all searches that they were less expensive).
No idea how good their customer service is as I haven't interacted with them yet.

Really found the lowest prices there. Compared to a few sites like expedia. Site not as nice as expedia, but prices were much lower.
