Navi Auto Transport 

Navi made a good contact with PrimeTrack transportation. I was disappointed in the GPS tracking that Navi had as PrimeTrack did not offer it and Navi's contract said non-refundable. My suggestion is to put your own air-tag in the car. Navi also advertises real time tracking. Navi's site is actually 24 hours behind schedule.

This company could start by telling the truth. You aren't assigned to one person to help you. Each person a different story. Oh,the price is guaranteed. Well they changed it. Oh,you have a choice to pay with credit card or cash. That went away. Each person had a different story. Crazy, don't know which person one should believe.
Not my kind of business.

I had a very disappointing experience with Navi Auto Transport. My vehicles were not delivered on time, even though I paid extra for expedited service. I was told the delivery would be guaranteed, but that was not the case. Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. It was difficult to get updates, and I often had to reach out multiple times for information.

After the delays, the company offered to “make it right” because of my experience, but that never happened. I still ended up paying the full price without any compensation or adjustment. Overall, the service did not meet my expectations, and I would not use Navi Auto Transport again or recommend them to others.

Great service, communication was topnotch. I booked on a Monday truck was picked up Tuesday and delivery was Wednesday from Virginia to Vermont. Price was as agreed and the driver called at pick up and texted during trip. Based on my experience I highly recommend NAVI for auto transport. Very happy

I was quoted a price and then the bait and switch started. I received at lease three call from Navi carriers all telling me that because of 17,000 less transporter on the road I would have to pay anywhere from $150 to $350 additional. I declined there offers and fearing I wouldn't get a transporter I called another service, SGT and booked with them. Within 40 minutes I heard back from the Navi transporter, who brought my car down to Florida in March, with the agreed price quote. When I called SGT back to cancel I was charged $199. I will never use Navi again.

Driver showed up at house since he was able to navigate local roads with no trees, quick, easy and answered all questions I had. 20 minutes from start to pulling away.

They're great if you like to spend hours of your time with customer service people who can barely speak english.
Avoid at all costs, they brokered my car to an auto hauler with 2/10 stars - you can imagine how that went. No clarity on delivery time, gave me 30min notice a day after it was supposed to be delivery, I missed pick-up, and it was delivered to a random towing company 2 hours away.
Only deserves a second star because the car was delivered in one piece.

The car arrived in the time frame that was given but the price went up twice and the total cost was $500 more then quoted... Felt like a bait and switch to me. Unfortunate way to do business.

Terrible communication, pickup and delivery were days late. Blame placed on dispatcher or driver, but issue is that Navi is a third party with no control. If you book them, expect significant delays and poor communication once you sign contract and pay deposit.

They don't respect their quote. They call you the next days updating the price. Their customer service is awful. Please don't hire them.

The perfect blend of rate, availability, communication and professionalism. Best transport hauling experience ever!

Absolutely the worst customer service stay far away. Fake GPS tracking had me thinking my car was arriving on time only to find irs still 1000 miles away.

I got the service for the first time and initial the price was $1100 and in a day they called and mentioned the price was increased to $1300 and the pick up date will be in 2 days but I choose the 3 day and locked the price for $1100.
Secondly I lost the 200+ worth toolkit with 3 sets.

We had a contract with Navi car transport to ship our car on certain dates but the day before our flight they informed us a trucker was found and it will cost us $500 more.

Communication was nearly impossible. Left messages that were not returned. Transporter I was assigned with were horrible with communication as well. Price increased and transport driver charged an additional fee I was not made aware of.

Delivered the car very quickly faster than anticipated. Car was in great condition and they were quick to respond. Very good pricing.
Only 1-negative hence 4/5 stars-I didn’t land yes at my new location and because they were half a day early(usually a +), I arrived at 1am, I couldn’t do a proper handoff so he had to leave my key fob onsite, and put it behind my plate, which somehow pushed the button of the trunk open and left it open for 8 hours overnight where it rained. Luckily I was in a very safe and good neighborhood and covered my racing bike and the items with black garbage bags so fortunately for me I prevented the trunk from getting wet.
Otherwise good company and helpful.

I am warning everyone DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I booked my transport for 2 cars from NJ to Florida a month before I needed to ship. A week before I changed the decided to ship a different car. I called the the company and informed them I wanted to switch cars I was shipping. I was told ok. Gave them all the information for the other car. I get an email that they were only shipping one of the cars because I dropped the other one. 3 days on phone fighting with them. Finally got the other car added. Was told by agent car would be picked up on 6/29. Day car was suppose to get picked up get a call from Navi that the truck broke down and can't get until 7/1. That evening I get a call from the actual transport service that they will be picking up the car 7/1. I asked about breakdown. The driver said truck never broke down that I was scheduled for that date. Navi nothing but liars. Gets worse. Driver called said could come down my street to get cars. I specifically asked about this when booking. Told No problem. My daughter had to move the cars to a nearby school. Then get a call he can"t turn around at school that he's on my street. Then my daughter had to move the cars again. The cars were supposed to get deliver 7/2-7/3. Car didn't get to Florida until 7/4 around 12:30. Worst company ever. If you like aggravation then definitely book this company. Will never use again

I searched through different auto transport company and only Navi Auto transport worked with my budget and situation. I had some personal items that could exceed the free 100 lb personal item policy but they worked with me and gave me discounts. The driver delivery service was good and clean and they worked with cash and cashier check. Overall I am satisfied with my auto transport and will recommend NAVI auto transport to anyone who is looking for affordable and safe auto transport.

Buyer Beware!! Do not use this scammer (NAVI TRANSPORT SERVICES LLC). They will first harass you with AI, and then charge your credit card without your authorization.

Bait and switch, master of excuses. You will no doubt feel like you are being scammed. The people in Bangladesh handling customer service are horrible
