Beware: this site is a scam. Same experience as others. Purchased prom dress on April 29th. Immediately told the original dress not available. Went for same style different colour. Arrived May 20th completely wrong style. Terrible quality so can't even sell on. Original photos removed and site name changed to Ivy and Keith. Offered partial refund for not returning because return address in China and it would cost half the price of the dress to return. When I searched online it was already flagged as a known scam.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I made an order and waiting over a month and had no update regarding the item being delivered. Attempted to make contact multiple times but had no response. They eventually replied saying there was something wrong with the delivery. I then said I didn’t want the item and to just issue a refund. They refused to issue a refund as they said it wouldn’t be possible.

The item has finally arrived and want to return to get a refund but not had any response from them and have just ghosted me. So had to contact my bank to issue a refund.

The customer service is absolutely awful and they really unhelpful. Also the quality of the clothing is absolutely awful.

Beware this company. It's a scam. I ordered two jackets from the website, costing £62.91. Sizing was wrong and material wasn't as depicted in the marketing picture. I requested a refund. First I was offered a coupon to purchase another item if I kept both jackets
Eventually, after several emails, I was sent a return label via pdf, however the return shipping address is to China, even though the return address on the shipping label is a London based adress.I have complained about a return to china, which i have been told I'd have to pay for, but have been ghosted. When I went online to check the website and refund policy it appears to have disappeared. When I clicked on the navaroq.com weblink it took me to another company called ivy and keith. In addition a scam advisor website says navaroq.com has a low trust rating and the owner of the site/ company is using a service to hide their identity. Do not use this company.
