Oh well, so happy to have met Leda over the video. She made my day. I was so sad because of the emergency that had happened to our very close family friend, I called him my brother and uncle, he is 70 yrs old, who has throat cancer and needs to have a quick tracheostomy, his airways was blocked already with the tumor, and I witnessed it that he is getting out of breath. Leda told me that I should be glad that I had done the best thing to save his life that he needs to be in the hospital right away. And I stayed with his mom who is 92yrs old already and so nervous of the situation. So, I feel great now that, Leda made me realized what I did. I am really so grateful you have a staff like Leda! Thank you Nava for employing her! God bless everyone.

Have always had prompt, services with Nava!

Scam Alert!! These guys are running a big ol scam . I found Nava through the Washingtonian magazine best doctor issue ,of all places, looking to treat my low T which my GP has been getting on me about for years. I specifically asked if they take my insurance, Blue Cross Blue Shield, they say yes but then charged me out-of -pocket for everything. It's all disingenuous answers and up selling with these guys, they charged me 400 bucks and I hadn't even spoken with a doctor yet. If you need TRT, DO NOT go to NAVA, do yourself a favor and make an appointment with a legit endocrinologist instead!!

Every one at Navahealth is knowledgeable and professional! They make me feel comfortable and important because they explain everything in detail. Since I have been going I feel so much better! I get the Total Wellness IVs.

Clinician took the time to explain (in detail) all of my lab results and what they meant. Also explained the supplements recommended.
The lady who checked me out (Karla) was very pleasant and informative and also took her time with me. Quality customer service seems harder and harder to come by these days. This was not the case in any way, I didn’t feel rushed for a moment.

I am impressed by the level of professionalism I received from the entire staff. They take the time to explain everything you need to know about the program and never make you feel like you’re being rushed. Soyria, the nurse practitioner, was extremely knowledgeable about health issues. Dr. Ali went over my many labs with me line by line. Doctors don’t take the time to do this anymore. Natalie in office operations spent 45 minutes going over the various plans and helping me make informed decisions to begin treatment. Looking forward to feeling well again!

From the very first appointment, Soraya made me feel heard and understood. Her ability to recall our conversations and tailor her recommendations to my specific needs has been game-changing. It feels great to finally have a full view of my health and have a plan of action.

The holistic concept is great for me as I do not do well with conventional medicines. For me, the wellness approach in monitoring periodically my health is more important rather than waiting until I become ill and take conventional medicine. I started visiting NAVA early 2021 when I was boarder line to become diabetic but with the blood work and the assistance of Jennifer, NP, Julie, the Acupuncturists at the Fairfax location, and Margaret, the Nutritionist, my whole wellbeing changed. I am now more careful with my nutrition, physical activities, and stress management, as in all areas of NAVA medical services, I am physically much stronger than early 2021. I am more conscious with my food intake, physical activities, and stress management, as I maintain my regular appointments with the Fairfax location.

Dr. Gurrala and nutritionist, Kate were extremely helpful during my visit. They explained everything in a way that I could easily understand.

Providers and staff(Melissa) are knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and friendly. Definitely recommend this practice!
