I would make it zero stars if I could
I would make it zero stars if I could. This afternoon we signed up for the monthly plan to get the 3 credit reports paying in advance for an entire quarter. Instead of finding official credit reports, we got directed to 3 different pages that give 1 or 2 bits of information but a majority is links to upsell you on more of the NAV product. The name of our business is hidden at the bottom. Most all primary details of a credit report were missing. I was hoping to have pdfs of each credit report. They have nothing to print. Only links to upsell. I called customer services. The rep was pleasant but had no idea how to address the issue. Then, I ask to speak to a supervisor. Nope. I have to wait 2 days for a call back. Then I asked for a refund. Mind you, I just paid for 3 months of service within 10 minutes of me calling customer service. NO REFUND. I would be charged through May. Stay very far away from Nav. Upselling, false advertising, won't give a customer the respect for a manager to get on the phone and NO REFUNDS even though I paid 10 minutes ago. Terrible. Contacting the BBB now.
Nightmare
Nightmare! Every 3 days I get messages that your bank account has to reconnected.
Then it works! They charge and still can’t see what is going on.
Get a different story from each representative.
Charged for a membership after key features were discontinued
I paid for Nav Prime because of the specific banking, card, and credit-building features included in the membership. Those features were a major reason I opened the account and continued paying.
Nav later discontinued important parts of the service, including the checking debit card and the Nav Prime Card, but still kept my paid billing cycle active until May 16, 2026. When I asked for a refund of the charges I had already paid, support refused.
This is not just a normal cancellation issue. I paid for one offering and ended up with a materially reduced one. I would never have signed up if those original features had not been part of the service.
Very disappointing handling of a paying customer.

A company that cares about your business success
Miranda with Nav Technologies is top notch. Nav management obviously did great with their training for their employees on knowing how their system works. She efficiently walked me through the system b4 my pages loaded and explained how business credit scores work. Miranda went above & beyond with professionalism and empathetic. Nav cares about their customers business success. Coming soon, by this next quarter of 2026, Nav Technologies is launching a new business credit card that will be above and beyond.

My experience has been really negative…
My experience has been really negative with Nav. I signed up in October and they told me that they reported my account now three times to my Dun and Bradstreet yet as of February 8th, 2026 nothing is reporting.
They kept telling me that they'll get back to me that they're going to research this and they never did. I sent them multiple emails with no resolve. I have since canceled my subscription and four and a half months later nothing has been resolved and the account is still not reporting.
Regret signing up for premium service
Signing up for premium service does not improve score as they imply. Actually, lowered mine despite increased credit lines and zero derogatory marks.
What does increase exponentially is spam marketing to your business and fraudulent credit inquiries.
NAV is the best!
Well to be honest as a first time customer so far NAV have been a life changer and the customer service and help is what will keep me here!💯💯💯

As a NAV member
As a NAV member, I would say the financial tools don’t seem to work as efficient as I had hoped. It seems as though I’ve been paying for the trade line for over a year now and have yet to see much progress on my Paydex score. I originally had two trade lines. Then one day one of them fell off from NAV. I have no idea why but my paydex has yet to improve. I really have not seen much use out of NAV as a consumer to be honest.
