Gut service and good products.

The price of the transport was huge. I pay to much for 10 ml of rum essence. It could stay more on the way but to not pay so much money. The product it's perfect and come fast enough. But the transport it's to expensive.

Liked the producs but it takes a long time to arrive.

My order has not arrived yet. Delivery company did not shw up but put in the tracking system that they attended delivery. Contacted naturitas and they havent replied to me yet. But they send me a request to write a review instead? Of course, negative review! You should take care of your customers and not on the reviews in trustpilot...

Fast delivery and great products with good prices.

Late delivery always VERY Late

I never received my order. They gave me a tracking number that didn't track and ignored my emails asking where my order is.

In the last 2 delivery s i got from naturitas there was a bag open and smashed and everything was dirty!
The last one it was the cacao
And before was the espelta farina.

I placed my order almost 3 weeks ago and was supposed to receive it on October 1st. I still haven’t received anything. Customer support keeps telling me it will be delivered “in the next 2 days,” but nothing ever happens. This is absolutely shocking and by far the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I will never use this service again.

I have been trying to get a simple warranty replacement for my Vitamix for over a month.

Five failed pickup attempts, often with the wrong address still on file despite repeated confirmations.

Courier emails continue to go to my mother-in-law (the original purchaser), and Naturitas says it is “impossible” to update the contact information.

I only ever receive updates when I write first. Over 30 emails so far.

The product itself is excellent, but the warranty service through Naturitas and Vitamix Portugal has been disorganised and frustrating. Consumers have a legal right to timely repair or replacement; this experience has been far from that standard.

Unfortunately a product was missing in the package and I haven't seen any money for it yet nor have they shipped the product again to me. Very very very disappointing. I regret to have bought there.
