bad service and bad communication
They never dispatched my item, which was ordered on 4th December. When I emailed them they said they would get back to me within 24 hours, which they haven’t!!

Terrible service and communication
I placed an order for next day delivery expecting to receive my parcel on time before I fly away on the 5th of Dec, I messaged asking why I hadn't received a dispatch email. They admitted my order was not dispatched on time, I received an email from the courier stating my order has been delivered and left on my "front porch", it was left outside my front door and a picture was taken of it. I messaged saying I am away and who knows if my parcel will be there when I get back and no reply from them and guess what? Parcel was not there when i got home. I have spend around £65 pounds and don't have what I ordered.

They do not process refunds, avoid!!!
I have returned the entire order almost 2 weeks ago and cashed them for a refund numerous times. No response so far. If I don’t receive a full refund ASAP, will have to contact my credit card company.
Reading the response below, looks the company has no clear records of the orders as they are asking me to provide details of the second item. And this is absolutely incorrect, both items were returned in the original box!!!

Surprisingly, I spent less shopping here than I would have at a big-name store! If you’re thinking about shopping at places like John Lewis, I’d highly recommend giving smaller businesses like this one a try. Not only did my order arrive much faster, but the customer service was genuinely focused on making me feel valued. And the packaging? Absolutely stunning! My items arrived ahead of schedule, beautifully wrapped like a gift—it’s clear they take pride in the little details.
