Scam site

Scam site. Made an order and they faked shipping info. Nothing arrived, non-responsive customer service.

Got the company on the phone and they have sent another shipment. Awaiting delivery of it will update my review if it ever arrives. Will have been a three week delay and multiple instances of weak support from them. Nothing offered to fix this just eventually delivery of the items they said were in stock when I bought them 8 weeks ago.

I was abit apprehensive after reading…

I was abit apprehensive after reading the reviews regarding the delivery times but I loved the look of the stone shower panels so I ordered them nearly 2 months before our new bathroom is due to be fitted, and well they arrived 4 working days later so now I’m stuck with shower panels in my living room for a month and half 😆 they are gorgeous I can’t wait for them to be fitted. Thank you!

Great Customer Service and Product

I know others have had a different experience but my experience with Naturewall has been excellent. I have ordered from them three times over the last 7 weeks. The first two orders turned up as expected and in good condition. Our project changed slightly so we realised we actually needed 3 more panels. I called customer services (I spoke to Eden) to ask of the delivery could be sped up. They explained that the process of making and priming the panels was going to take at least two days and delivery would be a minimum of two days after that.

They were completely transparent and kept in touch with me and kept me informed all the way through the process. From speaking to them Monday mid morning, the panels arrived early Friday morning as they promised.

My experience of them was that they were very helpful, kept me well informed and provided a great product. I recommend them and will keep buying their products for my house renovation.

Long delivery times or no delivery?

I ordered the limestone grey Elemence shower panels on the 9th of NOVEMBER and it’s been nearly 5 months now and we are still waiting. We had part delivery in mid-December but some of the panels were the wrong colour. Customer services seemed supportive and told me it they would be replaced as an “urgent replacement order” but come January I was then told they were out of stock until February. In February I was told it would be March and then in March I’ve been told April. I will not hold my breath. I’ve been told multiple times I’m on the “priority list” and I’ve been given several estimated delivery dates and at least one “definite” delivery date.
On the website it currently says you can pre-order these panels for delivery 2-4working days from April 17th… beware long delivery times and possibly no delivery at all!

Worth the wait?!

Having been given 3 different dates of when Naturewall would have the shower panels in stock, I became a little concerned about getting the goods or getting a refund because of other reviews. Today 3 weeks after original date, I have received my 9 shower panels, and they are very good quality. I haven't checked them all 100% yet, but they all seem OK. Packaging is excellent and the delivery company, 'Furdeco', we're excellent also, the tracking and updates were spot on. Would I use Naturewall again? After the hassle with the delay, I would have to think twice. Maybe if the goods were in stock I might possibly use them as their price was very good in comparison to others.

Delay after delay

We placed our first order for shower panels for our en-suite. The delivery time was long even though the website says 2-4 days.
We decided to order more for panels for our main bathroom. This was back in January. We had an email to say they would be delayed until 16th MARCH!! Deliver date came and went. Now delayed until APRIL!! After spending a year renovating, this is our last job to complete and we have been so let down by this company. They have replied to emails, but this has brought us no confidence. They have said our item is back in stock, but as I pointed out to them, they were in stock back in January.
The two stars in only for the fact that we are pleased with the quality of our first panels. If only they could get right communication and delivery. 3 months since ordering and still now item. Shocking!

Such an unreliable company

Such an unreliable company. This was the first and last time I will buy from them. I have no idea about the quality of the products, but I will update my review if I ever receive them.

10th of March: Placed the order - The delivery dates for some items were the end of March, so I booked someone to install them after this date.

25th of March: Sent an email to check if the order will still arrive on time.
The order is dispatched few hours after and received "on its way" to me (this is what they say anyway).

26th of March: Jodie from Customer Service replies, apologizing for the courier not being in touch with me yet, even if they sent the order less then 24 hours earlier.

27th of March: I informed them that the tracking number doesn’t even indicate that the order has even been dispatched.

30th of March: I followed up again by sending an email and called five times before someone answered. I spoke with Jodie again and explained that I hadn't received any updates from her yet. She said she would get back to me with updates the same day.

31st of March: I sent another email to Jodie, but still, no response, so now I'm writing this review in the hope that someone else from the company will see it and treat this matter urgently, or at least not ignore my emails.

Do not fall for the lies and the website.
This company is borderline being a scam.
I purchased shower panels showing in stock, then states coming in to stock and preorder.
16th of january i placed the order, still no panels or refund.
Before stock date arrived the date was put back, this happened 3 or 4 times.
Emails sent and chased but no reply of any substance except the patronising guff and have a great weekend.
Eventually i gave up and requested to cancel the order as the product was still not in stock.
I had an email stating the refund would take 10 days for the accounts to look at!!
So 10 days comes and goes with no refund so i checked before chasing again and it showed the items were now in stock.
I emailed to see if the items could now be delivered as rhe refund had not been refunded. This was supposedly actioned and i was told the boards would be shipped priority the next day and i would get an up date from the courier, furdeco.
Guess what, nothing. No tracking, no boards, i have emailed naturewall everyday sine asking for an update with no reply.
This company is a joke at best and a scam at worst.
The phone number doesnt connect half the time like they not paid the bill, and then when it does connect it states they are that busy the phone line is closed.
I am now taking this up with my bank to initiate a dispute and get the money back through them.
Complete and utter waste of time and money.
Dont fall for the soft lines of false understanding by 'Eden' as it is just that, false.

If you carry out a google search of this company and a companies house search you can see the people involved in this.
Also, if you check the false / fake good reviews on trust pilot and google reviews you will see repeat names and also rave reviews from peolple that have left only one review, and some that plug the same delivery company , furdeco, which is probably being paid along the way.

Also, there is another company advertising the exact same products, same pictures, same web format and the same terrible reviews, im thinking they are linked if not the same, british homes direct. Beware.

We have unfortunately experienced delays on stock coming into us based everything going on in the world right now. Where we can, we try to keep customers informed and up to date of any changes as soon as we have that information ourselves.

Because of the volume and the unforeseen nature of the delays, it looks like the promptness of these comms hasn’t been to our usual standard. As a business we understand the impact these delays have on our customers with regards being out of pocket and booking fitters etc. I’m really sorry for the inconvenience these issues will have caused you.

I can see your order placed on the 22nd of February, this was dispatched on Wednesday but oddly I can see the dispatch email wasn’t delivered to your email & it looks like the tracking number isn’t returning results at the moment. I’m confident this is a tracking number issue only and the items will be on the way to you, however I have requested that we get clarity on this with the factory / courier to find out where the issue lies. I can confirm we do have stock of the Sivara Slatted panels now, so if there is an issue on this delivery, we can get a replacement sent out promptly.



I can assure you we are not affiliated with British Homes Direct and/or any other wall panelling retailer, all of our product imagery is created by us, in house and is being wrongfully used by some of our competitors. Both Trustpilot and Google reviews have strict regulations and policies in place that do not allow false or self written reviews (through IP tracking), all reviews on these platforms are authentic and left by our real customers.

Once again I am really sorry for the delays and issues that have come with your order, we’re working to quickly get to the bottom of this now and provide you with answers.

STAY AWAY FROM NATUREWALL

I ordered 4 panels back in January, only sent 3, then got told out of stock till March. They came back in stock on the 9th March but I have still not received my panel. Emailed them loads but no response, you can't get through to them on the phone. I am now going through my bank to get my money back.
The ones that did get delivered where damaged.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
