I ordered 2 bottles from this company…

I ordered 2 bottles from this company on Dec 17th and the product is still showing as being in China. First of all why is this product being shipped from China when it's meant to be a US company? Orders on their website are said to arrive within 4-8 business days. Another concerning thing is that I got an email immediately after my order offering me to be an affiliate - to promote this company and receive cash. They are asking me to support them without ever trying it. I'm worried that much of the claims made by their customers are not authentic given their promised incentives. Something doesn't feel right.

No product and no refund

This is the second company I have dealt with that ships directly from China and uses Shopify. I should have learned my lesson the first time. Placed an order on or about December 6th. Order took over a week to process and ship. Claim was made the item is being sent by barge. It took weeks. Landed in NY for customs clearance about a week before Christmas. Apparently, it was cleared on Christmas Day (not likely). Went another week. Heard nothing. I emailed again. Received a response the item was sent back to China due to damage. Now being told they are sending another item. Getting the runaround. I am not holding my breath. I probably won't see a full refund either, even though I requested one.

Something very shady going on here…

Something very shady about this company:

They promote themselves on social media, there is a guy in one of their promotional videos talking about how great this product is (white guy, green top on, light background with some plants), but a simple reverse image search on google shows him doing videos for different products, this is 100% deep fake AI stuff

They also show an article, supposedly from Cancer Research UK which is also fake. The real article from Cancer Research UK is here and is the opposite of what their fake article states - www . cancerresearchuk . org / about-cancer/treatment / complementary-alternative-therapies/individual-therapies/graviola

They also won't share share their lab results.

Honestly belive this is a dodgy company, preying on vulnerable people. Super sad.

I feel like this company is a scam

I feel like this company is a scam. I ordered in November 2024 it is now January 3,2025 and i have still not gotten my product. I contacted them through email in which they sent me an email back claiming the reason I haven’t gotten any confirmation or anything was because they had the wrong email to send. This is a lie because I’ve gotten numerous emails from them. Then they sent me a china tacking number that I cannot track. I spent almost $50 and have nothing to show for it. I do not trust this company and if I ever get my soursop i’ll fix this post but until then DO NOT TRUST AT ALL.

Vegetable Glycerine

I have just received the product so review is not yet accurate as have not tasted yet .Delivery,cons etc was good .My concern is that the product is advertised as PURE with no additives,yet it contains vegetable glycerine.
Having received your response that all being natural ,it proves the product is not as pure as advertised.
I then ask as to what the ratio is between purified water,
vegetable glycerine and actual soursop.Such information would be welcome on your web page to allow people to make an informed decision .

I ordered this in November and it…

I ordered this in November and it arrived a little over a month later. Initially I wondered if it was a scam, but it has been safely delivered with the final tracking in this country through the Post Office. I am worried though that if I want more of this product, that I would have to wait this length of time again. Can it be made clearer at the point of order, how long to expect a delivery to take, as this would influence my choice. ( I have seen it for sale on Amazon - who are clearer about their delivery dates - but I don't want to keep shopping with them. )

Ordered and arrived

Ordered, delivered to the UK within a week or so.. I did have concerns that tracking was from China and not place of origin.
Reading the reviews and Naturesours comments I can understand the logistics if it’s despatched before reaching the actual supplier country.
All said I have noted on the reviews of peoples names and spelling that would be spelt in the USA (Flavor/Mom being a few) but says their location is GB?
I haven’t tried the product yet but will be back with a review once I have..

I am currently waiting on my order it says it's in the US now. I didn't realize it was shipping from China. I really hope this is a legit product and it actually gets to me. SCAM! Do not buy from this company..

SCAM!! I purchased 2 bottles from this company and they never arrived! They didn’t acknowledge my emails until I raised a case with PayPal which I luckily paid through.
The tracking came from China and dissapeared after roughly 4 weeks of waiting so PayPal luckily refunded my payment as the information I was receiving was lies and a scam so be very careful if your wanting to purchase soursop as these guys will simply waste your time and try and scam you.
