Sold my 90 yr old father £250 of pills

Cold called my 90 year old father
Implied they were health professionals. Knew father’s DOB. Took my father’s card details, he thought they would charge £20. They charged £250! We sent back the pills. Took persistent emails to get a refund. These people are clever, are very close to the borders of legality, but morally indefensible.

Took my money then decided to not…

Took my money then decided to not honour the transaction. There is no phone number to call in the event of problems and non existent customer care.
Do not buy from natures healthbox!

Great purchase, arrived promptly

Having read some of the reviews on here I was really worried about receiving my order, however my order arrived promptly with no problems, communication was good. Had to give 5 stars as actually couldn’t fault my experience.

Cancelled my order and lied to me twice

Ordered the Red PAX plus complete kit for £110 on black Friday offer because the Onyx was out of stock. After an entire week (I've now missed black friday) they cancelled the order telling me they had ran out of stock (lie no.1). However, on their website the Onyx pax was back in stock and it was listed for a higher price £123. I asked why it was listed and received a phone call being told they don't know why they're even vaporizers were even listed because they're a food supplement company when they list the entire PAX range with other vaporizers and all the accessories. I then received another email explaining that they had changed suppliers being why there was a price increase (lie no2.). I then received a further email offering me the order at an increased price of now £180 which by far more expensive than even the average price

I have never been to impressed with a…

I have never been to impressed with a company and delivery as I have with Natures Healthbox, after searching for an advent calendar for days with no success. I had no choice to order knowing I would not get this for the 1st December. I ordered this on the 29th at 4:50 and this was sent and received the next day!!! Thank you sooo much I will have one happy girl tomorrow. Honestly amazing customer service

AVOID this company at all cost - VERY POOR EXPERIENCE

I ordered from this store without looking at online reviews. What a mistake!

I placed the order only because they specified a specific delivery and seemed to be cheaper than anywhere else.

However, the order was left somewhere that was not at my house. I sent a photo of my front door which didn't match the place where the delivery company had left it. I also proved that it wasn't my front door because my house was on sale on rightmove!

The response back from Natures Healthbox was shocking.

1. They refused to contact the delivery company (even though I told them I had already done this and hadn't received a response)
2. They refused to offer a refund because they said "it had been delivered to my address" even though I proved it hadn't.
3. They advised that the delivery company had alerted me of the delivery - irrelevant!
4. They had a timestamp of the delivery - even though it wasn't my house!

I made a further complaint and got no response.

Thankfully, a week later, the delivery company contact me to apologise and said they had delivered to the dentist down the road (no similarity in the house number or street name), and they delivered to the correct address whilst I was away on holiday - a week later. Thankfully it was still on my doorstep.

AVOID this company at all cost. The delivery company made an error, apologised and rectified it but the shop were just plain rude and took no accountability to investigate.

They don't have in stock. Hold onto your money

I ordered many weeks ago. Got a call to say (from a nice guy) that my order was delayed and now they have stock but only half of what I ordered. I said I'll take but they still charged the 5.95 delivery which obviously made it not worth my while because he said he wouldn't charge me delivery. I wrote to customer service and the woman on other end sent me the email she was supposed to send another colleague and said she would accept not having delivery waived. Not great impression to be honest easily resolved situation. They had my money sitting in thier account for weeks and a attitude that was giving don't give a toss! Please refund me the correct amount .

Never got my items-this company is a scam

I ordered more than 2 weeks ago, spent 20£ of products and never got anything.
I tried to reach out to their customer service multiple times but never got an answer. Total scam and a waste of money. Do not buy from this website!

I received vitamins that had no date and the herb inside was hard inside the capsule which is strange as I’ve had these capsules before and they don’t come like this !!!
On contact to website took weeks to answer said i hadn’t contacted them then said you should let them know within 24 hours even though i said I was finishing my last vitamin so started a few weeks later and then no reply definitely a dodgy company !!!!!

Natures Healthcare scammers

Natures Healthcare have sold my mum lots of products and taken a lot of money. The products are not for any of the things she thought they were and they just keep ringing to sell more products claiming they will help. When you ring them you get no answer on any of numbers, they are obviously a scam company.

Wrong ingredients on the website.

Wrong ingredients on the website.

They have incorrect ingredients on their website. So i received oil coated raisins when i ordered plain. When emailed their response was

"As per our online policy we advise customers to check the ingredients list of the brands on the brands websites and details as we do not retain this information.

We are more than happy to refund the item to you however it will have to be at your own costs"

This is after paying £4.95 for shipping.

scam do not order from this company

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, you will never receive it, placed my order and waited a couple of weeks but never received, I have emailed several times but they ignore your emails. Has to be a scam, which is such a shame.
