I to was scammed by Healthy Petz and…
I to was scammed by Healthy Petz and their dog product. Sent from Kelly Chu Oak Grove Village IL. I did not sign up for a subscription, but was signed up and they sent another shipment out. I thought I was doing something good for my dog. All the product is going in the trash. The Facebook ad needs to be taken down. Hope they get stopped from scamming others!
I ordered a product () from “Healthy Petz”
I ordered a product () from a company called HealthyPetz because somebody claiming to be a Vet infiltrated a Collie Facebook group. I usually research anything I buy, but the post and the subsequent comments looked so legit that I went ahead and ordered from healthypetz. Soon, I saw similar postings from this “Vet” with supportive comments from the same accounts that made the comments on the Collie Page. I started feeling very nervous about this and looked up reviews of the product and only found very bad ones and complaints to the Better Business Bureau. When the product finally arrived two weeks later, it was from this Kelly Chen! Another red flag. I refuse to put this product anywhere near my dog and I have canceled this subscription. She will be dealing with fire if I get billed for anymore. Do your research every time, folks!

I am not even sure what the company name is…
I am not even sure the company name is Naturesharvests. All I know is that I ordered a nutritional supplement on Instagram (never again!!) and the package arrived with 3 bottles of "Deep Calm Magnesium Complex". - with no company Name or Address on the bottle - I have not used it and can't seem to find where the charge is on my credit cards - so I have had to change all of my credit cards and now, today I received another package of 3 bottles from this same Kelly Chen - from 1480 Howard Street Elk Grove Village, IL 60007....that other reviews mention. I can't find her on Instagram - she has a bare bones Linkedin profile with no contact info - so I am sending the 6 bottles back to the address on the label - priority mail Monday. There is no way to contact her or the company......to cancel the subscription or have any communication with them..... I can't even find which card they charged for these pills. So frustrating!!!!
This company signed me up for a…subscription I did not want! Will not answer emails and their page is a scam!
This company signed me up for a subscription I did not want or asked for. You cannot get an answer from them. Scam web page also! They need serious charges brought against them!
Same as all other reviewers
Same as all other reviewers. Largest scamm ever. Signs you up for subscription from a company you never ordered from. Have 20 packs of questionable products. Finally received an answer through e-mail, only made me angrier. Total scam. Addressed from a Kelly Chen, 1480 Howard Street, Elk Grove Village, Il 60007 . Don't know if this is a real address or not. Need to use these people!! Been going on far to long!
Horrible experience with this company
Horrible experience with this company. They signed me up for a monthly subscription I did not sign up for and keep charging me every month. I went to the website but could not unsubscribe and it takes for ever to get a response through email. I’ve sent back products waiting for refunds from them. They kept requesting I send them $5 to cancel my subscription. I’ve never heard of such a thing.
This company is awful
This company is awful. They automatically sign you up for a subscription. You try to cancel and they take a week or more to respond, and never cancel until you have received several more monthly orders. Then they will not refund you anything because they give you an incorrect return address. This is a fraudulent company.

Please be aware for of this big fraudulent company, they keep charging you for no reason.
I requested my bank a new debit card and they still charged transactions I never authorized .
We should take this to another level ( federal court )
I'm taking action now .
What happened to me is exactly like all…
What happened to me is exactly like all the reviews listed here. I finally got them to cancel the subscription I didn’t sign up for. I finally got someone to give me an address to return the products. There were red flags all over the address so I tried to google the address……nope, a no show on a map. Am calling the town’s contact tomorrow to see if there is such an address. Otherwise they’ll just say they never received it. How do they keep getting away with this stuff?
NEVER use this company
NEVER use this company. They are A HUGE SCAM. I have to call my bank and report fraud. They keep charging my card. THere is NO website. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY>

what name do they use to bill on credit card?
Horrible customer service!.
Horrible customer service!.. telephone number does not match company name!.. I had to fight and claim fraud on my credit card to stop them from charging over and over first’ subscription’ that I did not order
This company is a scam!! This company is a scam!!
This company is a scam!!! Ordered once months ago, yet they keep sending and charging my cc. I have called and left a voice mail, emailed and texted to no avail. One reply did question why I was stopping my 'subscription'? Never subscribed. Once they get your number they won't stop. I am reporting to BBB and atty general in TX as I believe this is a fraudulent company.
This is a total scam as everyone else…
This is a total scam as everyone else has said. The product is not Australian sourced but comes from china. Once you sign up for it once they lock you into a subscription monthly. Again like everyone has said, they take over a month to ship the product and when it arrives they charge you for a second shipment. I contacted too but they keep finding ways not to cancel. I ended up canceling my card. Total SCAM.
They will continue charging your credit…
They will continue charging your credit card. I've emailed and no one replies. The link to cancel subscription doesn't work. You will get this: "There's a problem loading this page
Check the URL or try again in a few minutes."
How convenient!
Terrible
Terrible ! Do not order they will continue to charge your credit card without your consent and you’ll need to cancel your cc to avoid this . Terrible company !! Fraud who know what’s in the capsules 🤯 looks like everyone is experiencing this
I purchased the tablets and got the…
I purchased the tablets and got the first ordered..They then tried to charge me again. I emailed them after using their manage button. That didn't work. I then contacted my CC. They reversed it and then a few days later, Natures Harvests reverse the second charge. Then a month later they tried again my CC. Luckily my credit card company alerted me of hoax charge, denyed the CC and after talking to them, they canceled my card and sent me a new. Never again order anything via Facebook around the holidays. Most items you can get cheaper for the same item on ebay.
Scam, beware!
I ordered a trial of Oil Of Oregano from Harvest Nature in October 2025 and then have received 3 more packets in November 2025 and then another 3 more packets this December! I did not sign up for a subscription and it is $44.99 for each order:(
Looks like I will also be cancelling my card to prevent more fraudulent charges as their website has does not have a working tel# and the company has not responded to my numerous emails. Customers beware!
