A huge call out and thank you to Nature Safari India, Conservation Through Tourism and Ishana Vats for organising our amazing trip to India. Its pretty stressful picking a company in India due to the high numbers of scammers, but these guys are completely legit. Every detail was taken care of and we were treated like family by all of our guides, drivers and naturalists. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt safe the entire time (except for the crazy traffic of course but that's a me issue 😂). Travelling as a single mum with my 3 kids this was especially important. Our accommodations were all gorgeous and of a very high standard. I particularly loved the rustic charm of the Kanha Jungle Camp. Our naturalists worked so hard to find us wonderful sightings and then position the vehicle for the best photography. Would highly recommend this company for anyone wanting to see tigers in India.

We spent 8 days in Pench and Kanha NP for tiger safari and one day in Delhi. A tailor-made tour based on our wishes. Deepkul of Nature of India and his team arranged everything perfectly, reactive to our last-minute request and always available. They really took care of us making our experience unforgettable.

This company was absolutely fabulous to deal with. Prompt informed suggestions, advice, information supplied at every step of the planning process. Ishana and her staff developed a two week, 4 park tiger/leopard Safari for us. They provided a range of suggested accommodations at each park and we made our decision - each set of accommodations delivered exactly what was promised and then some. All of the internal transfers- both ground and air- were as promised. From greeting when we landed at Delhi to goodbye as we departed Delhi 16 nights later Ishana and her incredible team delivered exactly what they promised.

My wife and I have travelled extensively throughout the world working with many vendors to develop private tours/ vacations, safaris and I can definitely say that Nature Safari India is amongst the best. You will not go wrong engaging this company to plan your Safari experience.

I highly recommend Nature Safari India. I contacted them by email from UK to organise a week’s tiger safari and Deepkul was quick to respond with a whole range of fantastic options. With his help we decided to visit just one reserve given distances involved and how we like to travel. We travelled to nearest airport independently and from Nagpur, Deepkul arranged airport transfers and a week at the amazing Pench Jungle Camp. The trip was for my 50th birthday with my mum and brother so some pressure on the tour agency to make sure everything was amazing and they absolutely delivered! We had a lot of flight alterations (thanks to Indigo!) and had to change dates and Deepkul took it all in his stride and provide great support. Deepkul also provided very useful information about how much cash to bring for tips and souvenirs (shops in the reserve don’t take foreign credit cards). We booked 10 safaris in 5 days (morning and evening) in Pench. We saw tigers most safaris and had two with very close encounters (they are incredibly difficult to see!!). Between Deepkul and the camp they had also organised an amazing birthday dinner by the camp fire under the stars. It was a wonderful week with my family with memories I will treasure forever.

VIP treatment from begining to end. Transport by comfortable cars between the parks with what must be the only careful drivers in India!
The Naturalists chosen by Nature Safaris are real professionals and you get to see not only tigers close to but many other animals and birds.
Hotels were excellent. This was my third trip with Nature Safari and I am signing up for 2026!

What could we say to capture the magic that we experienced in India with Tiger Safari India! We had the most phenomenal time on our two week tour and it far exceeded our expectations.

Deepkul was beyond amazing. We used to refer to him on the tour as Deepkul the magician- he was always able to create magic! Consistently responsive from our first email and throughout our trip until the end. We unfortunately miscalculated
and needed some extra money- sorted in a flash. He also needed a certain medication and Deepkul ensured this was found and despite feeling dreadful for being such a bother Deepkul made us feel like this was not a trouble at all (when we know it was!).

Our accommodation was spectacular. Every single one. Permits seamlessly obtained and exactly what we wanted. Our naturalists were top notch and most definitely helped to ensure our encounters with the tigers.

We can not recommend Deepkul and the team at Tiger Safari (Nature Safari India) any more highly. We will most definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you again Deepkul!!! Keep up the incredible work.

Nature Safari India were superb in every way. From the pickup at Delhi airport to all the transfers and safari drives.
All the staff were very polite and couldn't do enough for you.

I will defiantly use them again and would highly recommend staying at their Lodge 'Meru Vann' if you are going to Kanha Tiger Reserve.

I booked a half day bird watching tour. My guide was Sanjay Sharma. He was a very skilled birder and was very familiar with the area. In the half day we found 95 species of birds, of which 61 were life birds for me. This trip far exceeded my hopes and dreams as a first time birder on my first trip to India. Highly recommend!

We cannot say enough good things about our trip and the team at Nature Safari. From the booking process to arrival at home, everything went perfectly because of Ishana and our on site person, Deep. We have travelled extensively over the last 10 years and I am a wildlife photographer. When we had the opportunity / invitation to go with friends to India we were excited to go in search of tigers. Upon contacting Ishana she was very helpful with deciding which reserves to visit for our safari (ultimately deciding on Kanha and Bandhavgarh). She arranged for the camps, transportation and small flights from Mumbai and Delhi. Deep met us at the airport when we arrived and helped us with everything. Throughout the entire journey he was available via What’s App with answers to questions and he would check in to ensure everything was going well for us. Mid trip we realized we didn’t have enough cash for the remaining tips and our atm cards weren’t working properly so they arranged to have us cash within just a few hours at our camp. We stayed at Bagh Villa in Kanha and at Untamed in Bandhavgarh. Both were 5 star!! Wonderful accommodations and the best service of anywhere we have ever traveled. Our safari guides / drives were part of the Nature Safari team and spoke good English, were extremely knowledgeable and found us amazing tiger sightings, along with many other great sightings. They set us up with specific drivers who had knowledge of how to set up the vehicle properly for the best photos and they were super flexible when we wanted to change things up during the safari. Don’t look any more for who will arrange your safari in India. This is the team to do it. You will be 110% satisfied. We booked a Ranthambhore Tiger Safari and Taj Mahal tour for 5 days through Nature Safari India at the beginning of October 2024. We booked in February 2024 and the communication was great with the details and cost throughout the months prior to our arrival.

We were greeted upon arrival to New Delhi by Protim. He introduced us to our driver for the trip and told us what to expect for the week. He also checked in on us to make sure that trip was going great. Our driver was Kumar and he was great. He stayed with us the entire trip. Driving in India is very different and kind of crazy. I felt safe the entire time with Kumar driving. The vehicle was also nice and clean. Snacks, water, and wipes included. He also would stop whenever you asked him to.

We went from New Delhi to Agra to visit the Taj Mahal which was about 5 hours. When we arrived early afternoon we were greeted by Shyam who helped us check into the Hotel Trident and told us what to expect for the day and next day. He took us to a very nice lunch spot and the Agar fort which was very unexpected but greatly appreciated as we thought we were only visiting the Taj Mahal the next morning. The next morning Shyam took us to the Taj Mahal for the sunrise which was beautiful. You could tell Shyam was very passionate about his city of Agar and the history. It was amazing the history Shyam shared with us about the different sites and he took great photos of us which was a plus.

From Agar we went to Ranthambhore for a tiger safari. We stayed at The Tigress which had nice accommodations and great food. We did 3 AM and PM safaris which were arranged through the hotel. We saw 2 tigers in zone 4 during a PM drive, 1 tiger zone 1 during AM tour, and 2 sloth bears in zone 6 during a PM tour. We also saw many other animals.

My husband and I traveled to India for the first time from America to see as many native birds as possible, and Nature Safari India delivered! We had very limited dates we were available in a specific region, and we weren't certain we'd find a tour company that could accommodate us. We reached out to Nature Safari India and Deepkul worked with us to plan a perfect birding trip!

We were nervous for such a big international trip to a country we had never been, but Nature Safari India gave us a lot of information before the trip to ease our worries, communicated well throughout our trip, and organized everything! They organized our lodging, transportation, and food for the entire trip, which made it so easy for us after three long days of travel and severe jetlag.

Our tour guide Pralay and driver Santo were fantastic! The trip was so well-organized and squeezed in as much as possible in the short time frame we had. Pralay is a nature expert and helped us get 90 life bird species!

Nature Safari India provided us with a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we will remember for the rest of our lives!

We just returned from a 17 day trip to see the tigers and a two day add on for the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. It was wonderful. Nature Safari India is a top notch logistics service and that is the key to a great trip of this sort.
Every airports transfer was on time and in clean and cool vehicles. The in-country flights were well-timed; the transfers from one park to the next were done with safe drivers who took great care to keep us informed of the sites, traffic and decent toilets - sorry, I am well traveled but sometimes you just want a clean rest room.
The accomodations they selected for us (and I checked out before booking) were great. Tullli Tiger Corridor at Pench Ntl Park; Singinwa at Kahna Ntl Park and Tree House Hideway at Bandhavgarh were excellent. Each were very different in personality - the first had a lot of families and an excellent dinner buffet each night; the second was pure luxury at a point in our trip where we needed a little pampering, and the third was just fun with a great bartender who welcomed us back from our each night with a perfect gin and tonic.
But the most important part of course were the tigers. The safari drivers and guides assigned to us were great at their jobs and you could feel the passion and desire to give us a great experience. Our first very close encounter came at the end of a long day without a great sighting. Our guide Subash was patient in his tracking, had a keen sense of where the tiger would emerge from the woods and took us in a different direction than the rest of the jeeps out looking - talent or luck, who knows - but when she appeared, our guide was as happy and excited as we were. At another park, a different guide was great with hellping my husband use his new camera and suggesting how to set up great shots - and we got plenty. We saw more than 20 different tigers during our trip and could not have been more pleased. I also note that if you're a birder, the bird watching was alomost as magical as the tigers we came for.
We decied to add on a couple of days in Agra to see the Taj Mahal and the fort - and our guide there was very knowledgable and gave us a great experience.
I had planned to use another well known company for this trip that we have used in the past and had a good experience with - but they were very expensive. I checked out Nature Safari and I am glad I did. Their prices were very fair and they were just outstanding. NOTE: they prefer that you wire your payments directly to their bank which as forst was a bit unsettling - but not to worry. They are a stand up company and well worth your investment in a great trip.

I did a solo safari with Nature Safari to Jim Corbett in May 2024. Nature Safari. offers an unparalleled experience in Corbett, one of the most beautiful forests in india.

Sharad, Abhishek, Kailash ji, Rehman and Masroor and the rest of the team were the most helpful and didn't overlook a single detail within their control.

The highlight of the safari was undoubtedly the game drives. My guide, Rehman, was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and deeply passionate about wildlife. His ability to spot animals and share detailed information about their behaviors and habitats greatly enriched my experience. We saw tigers, tiger cubs, and many other animals and birds up close, with each drive offering new and exciting encounters.

Fantastic experience with Nature Safari. Sharad Vat was extremely helpful in discussing the different parks with us and advising the one which best fitted the experience we were looking for -non commercial and a private tour as a family of four with two kids aged 10.

From the moment we booked, we had a seamless experience. We were met by our driver for the 3 hour drive to the lodge.
The lodge they put us up in (Saccharum Safari Lodge) was just perfect! Fabulous accomodation, traditional mud and straw architecture combined with modern facilities, great shower, clean and contemporary interior.
We were spoilt with fabulous food by chef Akshandra and the whole team who looked after us, created dinners under the stars and assisted us with anything we required. We couldn’t give the lodge a high enough review and encourage any visitors to Kanha to enjoy the sincere hospitality offered by Wasin and his team.

Naren Malik was our naturalist and the ranger Anil ensured we had the most phenomenal safari experience over our 7 jeep drives and walking tour. We didn’t just have incredible tiger interactions, but got to watch our guide on multiple occasions find the tigers through alarm calls and ensure we had prime position to get great photographs, whilst still respecting the tigers and ensuring they remained relaxed. An altogether phenomenal family experience with our A Team!

My wife Bonnie and I visited Kanha and Bandhavgarh parks this April with Nature Safari India. I've got to say everything went totally smoothly. Everyone was extremely nice and incredibly knowledgeable. Especially the safari guides/drivers. Finding tiger prints, listening for alarm calls from other animals and finally finding the tigers. I was concerned we'd go all that way and not see a tiger. Well, Shard expressed that April is an excellent time to visit with the underbrush at a minimum. We had 10+ tiger sightings and even were lucky enough to see 4 leopards.
We can't recommend Tiger Safari India enough.

AMAZING experience. Itinerary planned to focus on our interests of nature and wildlife, lodges chosen were excellent, amazing safari drives and personalised attention to detail. All our requests were attended to immediately and in a friendly helpful manner. Definitely go with this company ! We were 4 adults and 3 kids traveling as a group to four different national parks over 2.5 weeks. Everything went great !

Nature Safari gave us the most outstanding experience we could’ve hoped for in India. The staff was at our side every minute of the day to make sure we knew where we were going. Everything was managed very smoothly and they solved any hiccups without delay. They were amazingly flexible in, adjusting the itinerary as we were planning, so that we could experience as much of India as possible. We went on two safari‘s during our month in India, and we’re amazed by the diversity that we saw into completely different parts of the country.
