I'm surprised to see so many bad reviews here. I used the site to purchase a specific color/variety of azalea to match a hedge where one had died. It seemed expensive, but I couldn't find it anywhere else. The exact plant I was looking for arrived, and it was huge and healthy. I'm very happy with it.

Buyer beware! Poor customer support after the sale! In the fall of 2022 I purchased (3) dappled willows and (1) bottle of root stimulator for $196.01. All (3) dappled willows died through the winter and I decided to pursue Nature Hills Nursery guarantee. I worked with their customer service and sent pictures of the plants and performed a scratch test also at their request and ordered (3) replacements, however, the total came in at $163.42. You can see that their claim of replacements within one year at 50% of the original cost is totally false! I placed the replacement order at 2:42pm on April 24th, however, I sent an email requesting cancellation at 5:56 pm. Nature Hills Nursery stated that there would be a 10% restocking charge to cancel the order despite them never pulling the inventory from their store. I escalated my complaint and request for a full refund of the $163.42 with their Customer Service manager and was advised "they had costs they had to cover" I stated that I was not looking for a credit on my initial order and was willing to absorb the cost of the lost shrubs, however, I felt that a full refund for the "replacement" order was justified.

I ordered a "Beauty of Moscow" lilac last summer. It did arrive alive, I'll give them that. It made it through winter and it's blooming now. And now I'm PISSED! What a ripoff! They stuck a tag on an I-don't-know-what with itty bitty flowers and think that nobody will notice! All you get is "open a support ticket". You open one, but you can't view anything unless you made an account before. You make an account and it still doesn't let you view anything. It's like they go out of their way to block you from actually interacting with them. This was supposed to be a centerpiece in an arrangement I planted right in front of my house. Now what?

Nature Hills warranty is a shell game. A HORRIBLE COMPANY IN EVERY WAY! Worthless warranty that is not a true replacement of plant value; complicated formulas for teplacing and you pay shipping! One of the reasons I ordered in larger sums was to keep shipping free. You can't trust what they tell you on phone conversations, and their prices are beyond inflated! I spent $1000 and more than 2/3 of the plants died. I have individual irrigation and followed all planting rules. Other plants I ordered from other nurseries at the same time thrived. A very Rude manager, Coli. Read other folks reviews before you Buy.Lots have Rated NH a Zero. I'm contacting the state Attorney General for filing a claim

Ordered 3 TulipTrees which came as scheduled and in time.
Was a little nervous with the shipping time and if plants would survive.
I planted them as soon as they came, in late fall 2022, and they are now blooming with new leaves and branches.
Will buy again when looking for my next tree or shrubbery.

I spent $616 for 5 seedlings put in #3 gallon containers. I will not purchase from Nature Hills again.

I purchased two trees and realized they wouldn't be delivered for a couple of weeks. I wanted to get the trees in the ground, so I decided to purchase from my local nursery and contacted the company within minutes to cancel my order (you have to contact them to cancel the order rather than being able to do it quickly through their website). Even though I cancelled within minutes they charged me a $28 cancellation fee. When I asked what the fee was for they stated that they start working on the order as soon as it is placed. This is after they told me that they couldn't ship the trees for a couple of weeks. To me, those two statements directly contradict each other. Please do not spend your money here and find a more trustworthy business that does not swindle their customers!

Don’t waste your money here. Ordered trees that were supposed to have a warranty of a 1 Year guarantee. They were delivered just before the Fall, without leaves. Looked dead when they arrived. Now we are in April when they should be blooming out. But they are dried out sticks! Dead Money! This company will only warranty 50% and they require me to pay the shipping. Buyer Beware of Poor customer service, Unhealthy plants and Useless warranty!
There are many other reputable businesses out there… Don’t waste your time and your money here!

It took 4 months to get what I ordered. It has nothing to do with whether as it went from too old to too hot. Communicate was good. But the long delay led me to believe that the ordered item didn't even exist until it's ordered, or the entire site was a spam.

I ordered two blueberry bushes. They arrived promptly. They were well packaged and in perfect condition. I’ve never received such healthy beautiful looking plants. I will order again.

The plants arrived well packaged and healthy. And within a short time after planting, they were robust and attracted so many birds, bees, butterflies! We love this! And will order more from them.

I have purchased many plants online from Nature Hills Nursery over the past several years as I am an active landscaper for my residential property. I have chosen this company as their plants are high quality and very well established in containers, which saves an incredible amount of time for growers. Their plants arrive healthy, robust, and ready to place in the ground. Outstanding customer service is icing on the cake. Plants arrive very soon after ordering.

I ordered 2 Jane Magnolia baby trees in May 2022. They came well packaged and we got them in before the summer. They're still small so we will see if they survive through the winter into the spring. It will be a while until they become actual trees.

I found some rather hard to find plants at reasonable prices. Shipping was pretty quick. One of them shipped clear across the country and seems to be doing well. I would recommend this site. Thanks!

Fast shipping, great packaging

I ordered 2 plants of same variety. One arrived with brown tipped leaves and by end of season was struggling. Planted other adjacent and did fine, so can't be soil, sun or water.

My Dwarf Lilac came quickly. It was packaged well and in good shape upon arrival. And seems to be doing well
