I’m rating one star as I never actually received my purchase even though they was adamant they sent it!
In the end I had to go to a different seller for the same brush!
I do not recommend this store at all as even when they refunded me it wasn’t a straight forward refund, to make sure they wasn’t taxed on the money they paid the refund amount into my PayPal account which I was then charged on so in fact I never actually received the full refund.
A complete sham company.

excellent customer service + great product
I didn’t receive the product straight away, although I just assumed this was because of the busy Christmas period. When I emailed to chase it up, they were wonderful and sent out another hairbrush straight away. It arrived the next day! As for the hairbrush itself, it’s great! Couldn’t recommend more :)
