Love my new boots comfortable stylish and easy to slip on. Perfect for my feet

You can feel the surface beneath you without any strain. My posture has improved, and my feet feel free and natural rather than confined.

I very much like the shoes. Elastic laces will be great as I work on Ultra Challenge events and feet inevitably swell over those distances. The Velcro attachment for the ends of the laces is a neat little fixture as the little pocket on other brands isn't 100% secure.

Biggest negative, which unfortunately massively put me off the second I opened the box and could deter me from buying again: the cloth shoe bag. There are enough bags in this world. I challenge you to find someone in your target customer base who doesn't have a bag they could put their shoes in. Cloth bags use so much water to grow crops for and to manufacture. The planet does not need us to create more. Sending those out with the shoes also means the purchase price is a little higher or your margin is a little lower. Please please please stop doing this. Or at least give customers the option not to bring yet more unnecessary stuff into their houses.

Naturcontact were so helpful: I sent some specific enquiries via email as I have had foot surgery and they gave me very useful advice without pressurising me into buying their product.
I I did buy two pairs of sport shoes and an insole and am currently just transitioning into wearing them by using them in the house. I actually bought the wrong colour of one of the pair of shoes and therefore used their exchange policy after seeking advice via email and this was quick, efficient and I received the colour I wanted in a few days.
To summarise: friendly, approachable, efficient and fantastic products. Thank you.

The vegan boots I bought were light and very comfortable BUT not fit for purpose. They were not waterproof and complete fell to bits after 12 weeks ( and I never wore them in the rain - which has been fairly consistent during February). The soles lifted completely away from the shoes. I contacted the company. They promote a 12 month guarantee - but it’s not worth the paper it’s written on. They said the shoes were not covered as the problem was a result of the way I walked. They did offer another pair at a reduced price - but why should I throw good money after bad? A complete waste of money. I strongly recommend you don’t waste yours either UPDATE: see response from Naturcontact. I sent them pictures of the soles coming away from the shoes so I don’t know what part they could not verify. As said previously, don’t waste your money!!

Walking feels more natural! Hard to explain, but very noticeable!

The sole moves with my foot instead of against it. Huge difference 👌

These are very nice looking but I haven't worn them yet due to it being so muddy and they are a lighter colour.

Great site, really comfortable shoe, look great at a hard to beat price....but...and it's a big but. Purchased them for trail running, not walking. Wrongly assumed that would have a the same sole as the "Sport" shoe but they don't. So great shoes but only good for running bon fire tracks, grass and drier land - live in the Scottish borders - so that's not great.

These shoes are great price and the quality is very good, wearing barefoot shoes has corrected my gait and now sole wear is even and not to one side as with ordinary shoes

This is my second pair of Chelsea Boots. They are very comfortable and look good too. Definitely need to size up. I take a size 38/39 and I ordered size 40 and they are perfect. Lovey vegan boots…I am delighted with my purchase.

I bought a pair of Vegan Barefoot boots - arrived end of November 2025, worn for around 7 weeks at approx 1 hour a day for probably 3 -4 days a week. In January they came apart at the seam and started to let water in. I wrote to Naturcontact and was told this is wear and tear. Wear and tear in less than 2 months and not even being worn all day. Its not. its a defect. Ive read someone else's complaint and they have said the same. I tried several times to talk to NaturContact about this but still insisted wear and tear, which to be honest on an £80 pair of boots and in less than two months is ridiculous especially as they are advertised as durable, weatherproof and as a all season walking boot. They are not fit for purpose. I was offered a significant discount against a New pair, but its not something I am going waste more of my money on until they fix the issue. The issue is with the glue and the seam, just not good enough. If you spend that kind of money on a boot you expect it to last much longer. I would advise people to steer clear of the boot especially if they intend to wear it. I like the other lady may have received a set of boots from a bad batch but being told its wear and tear in such a short space of time has marred my opinion of the quality of NaturContact products

Update 06/02/2026 : thank you for your reply regarding the issue but it doesn’t address the problem. I am not the first to report problems neither will I be the last. What would be good to read is that you have taken the feedback on board and are looking into the manufacturing process as there is clearly a problem. Taking £80 off people for these is problematic when the only answer you have, to the clear issues, is wear and tear. They should last a lot longer

I don’t want another pair or indeed to pay a small amount for another pair as my experience is now marred but to help others who will buy them, get a good experience , as they have the potential to be such a good boot, you should tackle the manufacturing process

Well designed and thoughtfully made! Also, they feel natural and supportive at the same time.

The customer service has been excellent. We live somewhere quite remote and their "last mile" delivery agent, Evri, failed to get here for repeated orders. Customer service persevered through four different orders and managed to get the boots to delivered to our house eventually. They were also super polite and human.

The boots seem super comfy and warm and grippy for slippery winter conditions. The shoes that I bought at the same time are very comfortable, waterproof, look nice and don't slip.

My husband is so pleased because they hug his feet. Doesn't feel he's going to fall on the stairs.
Felt they took a long time to arrive from placing the order.

Customer Service very pleasant & helpful. I purchased a pair of ankle boots , as soon as I tried them on, I knew they were different from regular footwear, so comfortable , fit like a glove, plenty of room, in fact a first class luxury product at a reasonable price. I shall be buying another pair very soon .
