First of all, we want to thank you for your interest in our products and taking the time to share your comment.
Due to the legal constraints on the CBD molecule, which is currently banned for oral use for legal reasons in Europe, we have chosen to classify our products as "cosmetics", hence the information on the packaging.
For the same legal reasons, we cannot explicitly mention the most appropriate way to use CBD oil. Nevertheless, the majority of users use CBD oil sublingually (under the tongue) and obtain conclusive results. Our CBD oils are composed of hemp extract for the active ingredient, organic hemp seed oil or organic coconut oil for the blend, and vitamin E for preservation.
Finally, you should know that our products are manufactured according to very strict production and quality standards. All Naturalpes products are analysed by an SAS - ISO 17025 accredited laboratory. Each batch and each product is numbered to ensure complete traceability.
We apologize for the confusion and hope you understand that we are under certain restrictions for the time being.
As a brand, we have to respect what is being imposed by governments and we hope European legistlation will be more tolerant in the future.

Bad customer service
It’s been 15 days since I ordered my product and still have not received it yet. I’ve made numerous calls and sent emails, but have not received any response from them.

We do apologize for the wait which is not normal, however as we have told you by phone and by mail, Colissimo has had issues with order tracking and they don't seem to be in a hurry to fix this.
Meanwhile, without a working tracking number, we could not tell you what happened to your order.
Now it seems that your order has arrived in Ireland.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We will stop using Colissimo and instead use Chronopost, which will guarantee much faster delivery times.
