BEWARE OF THIS SCAM CLINIC.

I traveled to Istanbul to have a hair transplant done. I spoke on the phone several times to a certain Ala, the guy who recruits people c/o a commission. He bragged about how great his company and other blah blah, promising to accommodate me with my daughter in a 5 stars hotel.
I ended up with my daughter in a miserable 2 stars hotel in a very noisy area inside a four square meter room. We were tired after a long trip, and we spent one night. The following day, I called Ala reminding him of his promise, and he booked us at another more decent Hotel.
Regarding the transplant, I had the worst, most painful procedure performed by a certain Dr. Murat Polat, a butcher.
When I had an interview with a female who claimed to be a certified practitioner, she never told me who the doctor would be, leaving me in the dark.
When I entered the room, a VERY RUDE woman who claimed to be a doctor, and who didn't speak one word of English sat me on a chair and immediately started shaving my hair. By the way, I had instructed Ala that I DID NOT WANT my head to be shaved. He assured me that he will let the staff know.
I waved at the woman to stop. Because of the language barrier, she called someone. A Syrian man, a refugee hired as a translator, dashed to the room and started fussing at me that the shaving is a must. The woman had already shaved part of the back of my skull, the only choice I had was to let her finish. After my skull was sedated, a doctor came more or less after an hour. I did not see his face. He never spoke to me or introduced himself. He immediately started pulling hair from the donor area. He also started pulling hair from the very right side just behind my right ear!!! Despite I was under sedation, I asked him what he was doing and why he was pulling the hair from this side of my skull. The so-called woman told me to stop asking! The same women with other 3 helpers NEVER KEPT THEIR MOUTH SHUT, NOT EVEN ONE SECOND, giving me a severe headache and stressing me out.
During the break time, I was offered a paper plate with 2 tiny pieces of cheese that you wouldn't even give to your dog, and a small orange juice.
When my hair started growing back, I was in disbelief when I saw the empty space under my right ear where the hair stopped growing.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Pay a little more money and go to other clinics.
This was the worst experience I had at this UN-NATURAL HAIR TURKEY. In the past, I had 3 hair transplants. I was lured by the low cost of the transplant and the smooth talking of their recruiter.
I tried to call the company and Ala to complain. Ala pretended that he was abroad and could not talk to me, and since no one was able to talk to me in English, I had to give up.
The 2650 hair grafts mentioned in the Certificate of Warranty would have filled the entire front of my head. They barely used 900 or 100 hair grafts.
I will keep posting this review for the sake of making people aware of the foul play and malpractice of this company and in particular of this MURAT POLAT, if he still working there!

P.S. The transplant was done before 2024. The site does not allow to go further back.

The clinic and staff were great, especially Dantez, who provided excellent support throughout. The procedure went well, but some grafts didn’t take, leaving parts of my scalp still exposed. Mixed results.

Today is November 26, 2024, and I am a 42-year-old male. On March 14, 2020, I travelled from London, UK, to Istanbul, Turkey, for a hair transplant procedure at Natural Hair. Before making the trip, I had a consultation with a doctor in London to ensure that my health and scalp were suitable for the procedure. Following a positive evaluation, I decided to proceed with the hair transplant. My hair loss was classified as a stage 3–4 on the Norwood scale, so the procedure was not overly extensive.
While researching clinics, I communicated with several, including Natural Hair. Their representative, Mr. Isam Sayed, eventually convinced me to choose them for my surgery. Before my departure, I came across some negative reviews about the clinic and raised my concerns with Mr. Sayed. He dismissed the reviews as inaccurate and confidently assured me that the transplant would yield great results with long-lasting density—a promise that significantly influenced my decision.

I arrived in Istanbul on March 14, 2020, for the procedure. Upon meeting the team, I was surprised by how young they appeared, most seeming to be in their mid-20s and the others less. While this raised some concerns, I decided to focus on the potential results rather than their youthful appearance.

Initially, I was told to wait for at least 12 months to see the full results, as this was the timeline provided by the clinic. However, around six to seven months post-surgery, I noticed issues with the progress. Despite my concerns, I waited the full year as advised. Unfortunately, even after four years, the results have been disastrous.

The clinic claimed to have transplanted 4,517 hair grafts, but based on my current situation, it seems only about 5% of those grafts survived. The transplanted areas are now riddled with thin hair and visible holes, making my hair look far worse than before the procedure. Even shaving my head does not improve my appearance, and I feel compelled to wear a cap at all times due to the impact on my self-esteem.
I have no certainty about whether I have enough grafts left in my donor area to undergo corrective surgery elsewhere. My attempts to seek support or assistance from Natural Hair have been futile. They ignored my complaints and failed to respond to my request for a refund.

This entire experience has been a nightmare, and I would NOT recommend Natural Hair to anyone considering a hair transplant.

Update to my previous reviews. I finally got my money back after two years of constant writing to this company Natural Hair Clinic . I really wanna THANK SIYAVASH for all his help. He was the first agent that actually took my case serious among all the 50 agents that I spoke to in the 2 years . There was some issues again now in the process of me getting my money back that made me angry but Siyavash kept his cool , he was understanding, professional and polite. We are still missing my nephews, his girlfriend and a friends money but hopefully we will get that as well. Again thank you Siyavash for all your help , you get 5 stars from me for your assistance , you did everything right as a representative for a company but your company gets 0 star cause everything they did in this process was wrong

Natural Clinic is not a medical facility—it’s a horror show, a nightmare-fueled butcher shop where your well-being is the last thing on their mind. What happened to me here was nothing short of criminal.

I went in expecting a professional procedure, but instead, I was physically assaulted, injected with illegal drugs, and denied the services I had paid for. When I questioned the staff, they shamelessly told me that this horrific treatment was "normal." Normal?! In what world is it "normal" to assault and drug your patients?

The level of deceit, malpractice, and outright abuse at Natural Clinic is beyond comprehension. This place should not be allowed to operate. I have audio recordings of them admitting to everything, and I will not stop until this place is exposed for the dangerous, fraudulent operation it truly is. To make matters worse, Natural Clinic refuses to honor any of their so-called guarantees, leaving you high and dry once they’ve taken your money and ruined your life.

Do yourself a favor: READ the 1-star reviews on Trustpilot—every single one of them is the truth. Natural Clinic is a scam, and their only goal is to exploit and harm you while taking your money.

A good clinic that is at a high level, everything went very well, transport was always provided and I never had any problems, the staff was nice and always helped me, I can still contact them and ask questions. What surprised me was the price, because we agreed on a price of €2,400, but in the end I had to pay €3,300 for the hair transplant, which shocked me a lot and I didn't receive any confirmation or guarantee, but the operation went without problems

Was there Jan 2024 for a hair transplant and Nada was my point of contact. Incredible helpful in terms of planning from the moment I got off the airport till end of procedure. Nada was available for any questions/concerns that I had.

Just a small complaint to ensure some of the procedures were cleared such as doing blood tests prior to procedure and also regarding some of the extra prices regarding the products. Found out later that shampoo was more expensive in-person than ordering online and I live in the states. Otherwise, procedure was done as explained and so far good (probably the most important). Been about 8 months now so going thru shock loss and will see in next 4-6 results of final results.

I was there in April, for a gastric sleeve treatment.
My Dietitian Nora, was the best of the best. I met her one day before surgery and since then until now, she is on my side every day. Whenever I need something or have questions, she is always by my side. She does the best Job and is also very loving and carring all the time. She cares all the time for me, informs me about everything that is nessassary and keeps me reminded about everything. She is really the best in everything, and the most loving and carring person. I feel very comfortable with her and I am very glad that she accompanes me on this journey. Thank you for everything Nora.

Only money is good for this institution, and if you don't pay double the price, the treatment will end completely. BEWARE OF THIS AND LISTEN TO THE NEWS!!

partner, Lakshay got his nose surgery and hair transplant from here and unfortunately, surgery didn’t worth the money. Upon confronting them, they said if we don’t like it then he would need both hair and nose surgery done again next year and when Lakshay reached out they said that’s the best they can do and that he would need to come again if he needs better result. They ruined it and we have a family wedding and we can’t even go there now. He looked better before.
His hair haven’t re-grown in few patches on his head. The bridge of his nose looked so good before, they just had to straighten it, and now it looks like a potato from the tip.

Save your self don't go there my roommate did breast augmentation and breast lift and she payed for both but they did only breast augmentation. They are scam. No follow up . After getting the money they don't care about you anymore. My friend was suffering. And crying the whole time. They are not professional.
