I normally consult trustpilot and this was a late night purchase. What a big mistake. The faux pony tail hair they sold me was used and smelled of coconut oil and had the residue in it. It clearly had been used. I contacted them via email and sent pics requesting a refund the same day the package arrived and no one responded. They are a complete fraud and should be shut down.
Avoid! Avoid!! The worst hair company that I have ever bought wigs from. Avoid them at all cost. I wish I came here before buying from them as they have such poor reviews.
Sold me spongy hair for almost £200 and call it 'faux hair'. Impossible to style as evidenced from comments of others on their page (now conveniently deleted). When I complained, sent effectively useless styling videos that are not helpful. Also have a no-returns policy so you are effectively stuck with hair that's completely useless to you. Never buying from them again!!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. My experience with them was terrible and they stole my money.
