I have been using Natural Dispensary for a few years now and have always had excellent service. Delivery is prompt and prices are very competitive. Great to see the range of products increasing regularly too. Very happy to recommend

Can’t recommend enough
I have been buying from this company for years, and have never had one bad experience with them. The opposite, in fact. They have an amazing range of products, and always ship my order within a day or two. I had an issue once where an item never arrived, even though they’d dispatched it, and they gave me a full refund with no trouble. They’re a lovely group, responsive to queries, and seem to care about their customers as well as their company. I’m a permanent customer.

Excellent service and wide range of products
I have been using Natural Dispensary for a couple of years. Their service is excellent, always a fast despatch, website easy to use and reorder. I had one problem a couple of years ago and the goods were replaced immediately and with a friendly service. During the pandemic they have occasionally been low on stock of some items but they are quickly back into stock and I think they've done a great job of keeping availability high with the panic buying of this period.

If I could give 0 stars for this - DON'T ORDER SUPPLEMENTS FROM HERE…
If I could give 0 stars for this company I would.
Spent over £50 on supplements as recommended by my nutritionist and was dispatched last week, still hasn't arrived - they choose to use Royal Mail who have been struggling to adapt and provide a service during this difficult time.
What upsets me the most about this company is that they do not want to help their customers, as I was told via email and when I called up "we have a process to follow". That is all they care about rather than providing a good service to the people who choose to buy from them.
Secondly, most companies offer goodwill gestures or arrange a re-delivery without you having to wait nearly 2 weeks but not Natural Dispensary.
And finally this isn't even the first time I've had a bad experience with this company, the first time I tried placing an order and never got an order confirmation but I was still charge £30 on my card for an order which never processed or arrived.
