Buying and delivery were fine. Bought black beans on April 13th this year, received beans packaged on 26th June 2024 ! Almost a year old already, who knows about shipping. Result : frigging hard beans that never softens.

Please note that the product you received was within its shelf life and safe for consumption. However, cooking time and texture may vary depending on the batch and preparation method.

I received my shipment on 17.09.2025, and unfortunately it arrived in a very poor condition. I also contacted your partner in Portugal, but their reply was not satisfactory.
As a returning customer, I am very disappointed with this experience. I have taken all the photos showing how the shipment arrived. Before I take further action and publish these photos in a review, I preferred to contact you directly first.

As a returning customer, you already know the care we take in preparing and sealing our shipments. In fact, the photos you kindly provided show that the bottles were dispatched properly sealed, as we always do, and that most units arrived in good condition. Only one bottle appears to have been damaged during transportation, which unfortunately can occasionally happen.
We have offered all possible solutions to ensure you would be compensated — either by replacing the damaged unit, offering compensation for the bottles affected by leakage, or arranging a return with a full refund or replacement of the entire order. Unfortunately, you chose not to accept any of these solutions.
We always aim to handle every situation with fairness and respect, and we remain committed to resolving matters in accordance with EU consumer law.
