Frustrating website. Wrong size received. Lots of fees!

Great bra when ordered from Nordstrom.
But when I tried to take advantage of a website sale, it was an awful experience from start to finish.

Though this is the best bra for me, the website is THE MOST USER UNFRIENDLY website ever!
Not only is it difficult to navigate, it changes sizes as you shop. It takes a long time and is totally frustrating.
Then, I received the completely wrong size!
So, in addition to paying $9 for shipping, I have to pay $5 to return it!

I completed a customer service form on the lovely website (which was difficult to locate BTW). We'll see what kind of response I receive.

Beware of Size

RE". Natori Bra: Wireless Bliss Perfection Style.
Excellent bra but cup size is not accurate. Must purchase one cup size larger. The cup sizes listed are not true to size.
Also ordering on Lingerie Living - they want to add an additional charge besides delivery charge - the made up charge: protection for delivery (fraudulent charge)

BEWARE of return policy before you…

BEWARE of return policy before you buy!!! I ordered with a credit card and received a dress that did not fit properly and was not nearly as pretty as shown in the catalog. Rather than crediting my card, I now have a $495 gift card that I won't use!

About a year ago I bought 2 fleece…

About a year ago I bought 2 fleece robes with Sherpa cuffs andcollars. The Sherpa material is infested with lint, small leaves and is gross.I wash it in cool water. They are only worn around my house and a little in the backyard. When they are washed I believe they catch any type of debris from other fabrics. The loop near the neckline meant to be used to hang it up broke on one immediately. My Costco $16.99 robe wears perfectly. My 10 year old Land's End robe is in better condition. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of my robes.

Terrible website and customer service.

Great bra. Awful website and customer service.
Here is my feedback. This is the best bra for me. I can never find in my size and color in department stores. And so I come to the website. THE MOST USER UNFRIENDLY website ever. It is Difficult to navigate to the colors and sizes. Seriously this is so counterintuitive. Takes a long time. ANd then the fact that there is no user-friendly exchange. THE worst! policy! I don't know when I've shopped online and felt so frustrated, mad and unappreciated for the purchases.

We apologize for your experience and are sorry we don't offer a direct exchange program. Please feel free to apply the following 10% promo towards your new order: WK10-HPBWJ2W6S1.
Customer: I will return the two. And I will purchase the two in 38B and hope they fit better. Note. I am keeping the 36B, because while not ideal, it's better to have them a little small than not at all, IN the meantime, I will use these five new bras and in the time it takes me to wear them out, I will be searching for an alternative to Natori until it is more user friendly in every way.
P.S. And the 10% off you just offered is already offered on the site. So, just sayin', it's not like this frustrated and unhappy customer is getting anything that isn't offered to everyone else who gets to shop here.
I'm repurchasing a larger size, hoping it is a better fit than the $300+ bras I already ordered.

These bras were listed in a few…

These bras were listed in a few articles as very comfortable. I ordered one at 70+ dollars. It felt soft and great when I put it on, so I immediately snipped the tag. Big mistake. After a few minutes, I felt a scratching on my chest. I felt the strap and realized it was a raw sewn edge. While uncomfortable and annoying, I couldn’t return it without the tag. I decided to wear it anyway. The second time I put it on, the clasp in front would no longer snap closed. I also hated the lace boy shorts after wearing them for 10 minutes and realizing they ride up uncontrollably. I wasn’t going to return them anyway because there is a five dollar restocking fee even with tags on. I am throwing both items away. I just donated $100 to the company. Thought others might want to avoid the same mistake.

Poor customer service

It took almost a month to receive the dressing gown I ordered. I did not like the fabric or color. I returned the gown immediately and was charged $9. I will not order from this company again.

These bras are low quality and you’re being ripped off

I bought three bras. To start off the nude Cushioned Comfort Contour Underwire Bra which I was excited about, fits terribly despite knowing it is the correct size and looks very weird under most shirts. I also bought the The Bliss Perfection Contour Underwire Bra, and the Feathers Contour Plunge Bra both of which the underwire popped out of within a month of buying and around 10-15 wears and 5 washes. I am so disappointed in the quality of these bras especially because of their incredibly expensive prices. 100x worse quality than my Victoria’s Secret Bras which have lasted me years without dismantling. Overall very disappointing experience and highly recommend to take your business somewhere else.

Return received 5 weeks ago, no refund

According to the tracking #, Natori received my return 5 weeks ago. I have yet to see the refund. I contacted the company 2 weeks ago and still have not received the response. They said they would follow up, but no result, despite reminding them 2 times. This is unacceptable. I'm forced to file a purchase protection with my bank and get a credit card refund that way.

Natori products - poor quality

Chemise bought from Herroom with Natori label, nasty cheap fabric full of static electricity. Herroom didn’t care about the customer Natori even less. Their products are not of a good standard.

I expect more used to be about passion, now it is only about MONEY

I own a crazy number of Natori 2 piece pajama sets AND not for sleeping. I wear them for lounging, entertaining, gardening, to the beach, shopping, studying. Comfort is everything and I'm a bit of a homebody. So you might wonder why the 3 star rating? The fabrics are pretty damn good and washable. Nice against the skin, the polyester and the rayon hold up well, but it's everything else. The first 5 PJ tops all had the broken buttons. I don't know if they were machine sewn believe me I complained to NATORI why am I always changing buttons on new PJ's? The button holes, the mechanisms just are not functional. I kept wondering how they passed inspection to even get fabricated? Dumb tassels on the draw string pants that came off immediately in the wash.

The mentality of this company is perplexing. They should be able to do pajamas in their sleep. They have their own factory in Taiwan so they shouldn't have these kinds of issues. I imagine an addiction to complication. Even pajama making ~ their bread and butter, if we can just stick to that for a moment. Instead of one line they have 3 that I know of. The JOSIE is the cheapest, arguably to appeal to college students like me. The last two PJ's I bought were from JOSIE and they sucked. Cute fabric, at least the picture was. In person cheap, thin, a crusty metallic surprise one had gold the other silver (not visible in pictures), which would have been fine if they had at the very least fabricated it right. The sizing was completely off. The arms were too narrow not balanced with the chest size. The pants split after one wear. Seriously? I expect their sizes first of all to be uniform across the board. They aren't! JOSIE sizes are smaller which is fine but this is what I mean about Natori making everything more complicated. Then they have their regular NATORI line, which they sell directly and thru different departments stores. The Natori line after how many years in business should have quality pajamas that last. Sometimes it makes sense to buy from the Natori site directly, but only when there is a sale because their shipping prices are not generous. Then they have a third tier available which is 5 times the price of the regular line. Why they don't just stick to making quality and charging a fair price whatever it is I don't understand. The JOSIE pieces I might as well just trash. I don't know why I hold on to them. It seems unfair to pass them on to someone else on Ebay. Big boob and stick arms anyone? Will rip soon. So yeah I'm annoyed because they should have ironed this stuff out. Some of the flowery polyester pieces are just lazy looks for the elderly. Bring on the dragons where is the passion sometimes it just feels like they don't care. This predictable overall unevenness. My recommendation is to make sure you can return. Try it on, try the buttons. Check the size chart. I recommend the underwear, if you haven't tried their cotton BLISS, great quality they have a bit of lace and look sexy even after washing. Don't be put off by the polyester or rayon fabrics of their pjs and caftans, etc, they wash well and breathe in a way that silk doesn't. It was my mistake not to return the last two JOSIE pj pairs I bought immediately. Be prepared to do that. You are doing them a favor, in the long run, by not accepting less than mediocre garments. They can do way better. When they are good they are very very good. Read the reviews, be wary of sales. Buy on sale. Return.
