While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Don't waste your time and money

Don't waste your time and money, it's a spam. It was supposed to include 14 languages it came only with an option of four and it's been nearly two weeks now trying to sort out a return. Customer service is unacceptable claiming that they can only notify the support team and not actually deal with any issues

Nativopro will almost certainly be an…

Nativopro will almost certainly be an asset when you travel in regions, where the locals do not speak international languages such as English, French etc. But there are many pitfalls. Language is an extremely complex phenomenon, and when I read the lengthy description in my own native language, Danish, it is weird - it contains words, that although intelligible would not be used in that context by a local and it has errors in syntax. The other main drawback is, that - just like the cellphone and the GPS navigator - it will turn off your brain, and when it runs out of battery or is lost into the toilet you are f....d. If you travel - fine - if you are an expat - learn the local language - and learn it well! How do you learn a language well? By never stopping the learning process. Most people stop learning, when they can make themselves understood. In stead, you should keep READING and look up every single word, if you are not 100% sure about the exact meaning of that word. Language lab is also indispensable. Otherwise, you will always stay foreign to the culture and the people around you.
