Very expensive and quality is not as good as advertised

I have ordered on Friday and it delivered on Monday to Chennai.Its really appreciatable to dispatch n delivering in 2 days.Thank you Native sweets..

With my previous orders of crushed seed elanthavadai, there were 6 pieces of elanthavadai in each 200 gram bag. On my most recent order there were only 5 pieces in each 200 gram bag. This is bad business and totally unacceptable.

Fraud ! Only waste of money. Not received any courier. It’s not only for me few friends order for this Diwali no one received

I cancelled the order based on the cancellation policy but they emailed back like a cheap road side shop. Its is very unprofessional and not having any business standard qnd price is too high.

Pickle shipped was improperly packed and spilled all oil to other products in the packaging. The Pickle itself had gone rancid and not of good quality. A product of similar size is available at local grocery store for $2.99 while they charge $14.99 for the product. The products are over priced and would recommend other online and local stores

I don’t recommend native special as their delivery service and order management are very poor. Placed 2 orders on Nov 6th and got a guarantee that it would be delivered before Diwali but still they didn’t deliver. Didn’t send send shipping tracker for one of the order.

Never trust because of the name. They sell very worst product. I bought "No Preservative Nattu Elumichai Oorugai". It is terrible. And the price is 7x than normal. I thought because of the price the quality will be premium and the taste will be wonderful. But they completely disappointed. Some one should make complaint about their products to the government legally. (They remove their negative reviews in their website. It not show my review about their product. If I add negative review again it says already reviewed. But the website don't have my review)

Delivery was on time expected. All special south indian items were fresh and tastes delicious. My 10 year old really enjoyed as well.

Don't waste your money I purchased recently through native special it was worth of 65 CAD and I was charged 52 CAD for custom clearance worst experience.

Who will be asked to pay for customs duty if it s sent as a surprise and gift is it rationale let them have any t/c but since I m ordering from india they should have different option I paid in AUD if possible they could have included that also in service tax my feelings were cheated
But I ordered in sweet kadai .com for my daughter it was hassle free I f I had similar experience I would have enquired about it they also were not transparent or not exposed to this sort of service my heartfelt sorry for this company that they should never come up

Make sure you are following the country rules before even offer to send. The delivery delayed and partial products are destroyed by customs due to containing plant material (banana leaf). Received the rest of the products after a month but it is good. Hope they learn and not include any restricted materials next time

Waste of time n money, only saying covid save packing but near to expiry product they send and unsealed packed also. I don't know how they got licensed for such cheating service...

Nellai some Mysorepak also not good and jaggery too salty..

Once we ordered from their website the customer service they don’t respond well. It is taking long time to deliver. I don’t recommend people from purchasing.

The service was great ,received my order in 4-5 days .. I live in Florida. Packaging was good. The items I ordered was very good and fresh except for one item. So overall I’m
Happy. It’s expensive to get anything shipped overseas especially these days but my fix for authentic Tamil snacks was taken care of !! I hope they have a local distributor.. may be more cost effective.

Very worst service ... I ordered items 10 days before. They have not yet delivered items & also not responding my email. They are not sharing shipping date/any other details ... Just double think before ordering next time in this site. Not good place to send sweets to your home....

Incapable of online services - Waste of time to order online. They couldn't organise or arrange to deliver within 15 kms from their sales office itself. Lacks confidence on delivery.

Total waste of money, so disappointed. Please don’t buy the crap.
