If I could give them a 0 I would!

If I could give them a 0 I would. I ordered 2 sweaters, and 1 pair of shoes on 05/14/2026, still have yet to recieve, my order. It supposedly was shipped on 05/21/2026, although they shipped it to the incorrect address. I have tracked the package and it still is not showing any tracking updates, but it's not like it matters because they are sending it to the wrong address.

I have attempted to contact this company multiple times, all they send is generic responses. Their address is based in Boulder, CO, although, the package is being shipped from Compton, CA, and the telephone number they have is a Missouri number. It rings and rings and then hangs up. There is NO way to communicate with anyone at this company.

I would not buy anything from this site. I had to dispute the charges with my bank because they are unresponsive. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

No refunds at All- My husband order 3 hoodies for me for…

My husband order 3 hoodies for me for Christmas, not long after going out grocery shopping when I got home and took of the hoodie I got a bad rash on my neck where the hoodie touched my skin I got the rash , I contacted the company to return the other 2 hoodies that where opened still in packaging to no avail they say they Don’t give Refunds at alll
