Fake Invoices, Unregistered Business

Repeatedly sends fake invoices via PayPal. Repeatedly sends threatening Final Warning notices by spam email, stating Last Day to Respond.
Website has no business address, phone number, email address, or company info.
Email shows a mailing address of 8033 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90046 which is a UPS Store.
Fictitious Business Name is not registered with BBB, Google Maps, CA Dept of Corporations, or Los Angeles County Clerk.
Numerous negative reviews on other sites.
