Incredibly disappointing response to TWO emails requesting information regarding recycling one of their products
Delivery was on time (Wednesday) fitting was to be the next day so we stored in the hallway which was inconvenient because I suffer from Parkinson disease and I use a frame to get around this meant I couldn't get into the kitchen, it wasn't until the Monday that fitting started, the fitter worked well and by evening it was finished, but he tore the wallpaper in three places requiring redecorating, but the bath looks fine,
Not happy with depth & width of bath feel like a sardine in a can can't move about due to seat Otherwise quality good workmanship spot on A lot to pay out for something you're not comfortable with
We are very disappointed with Nationwide Mobiliy, we have had nothing but problems with are new mobility shower, new toilet and the design of the bathroom. The installers worked well no problems with them however two days later our new high rise toilet wouldn’t stop flushing, it took a week for plumber to come out he said it only needed adjusting, but two more days later it started groaning when flushed out they came again and said they had fixed it, the seat is now lopsided and the soft close lid does not work. The shower door has dropped and the seal not working letting water out all over our new bathroom floor. Finally the designer assured us that when the handbasin was fitted there would be room for me to use my perch chair to wash at the sink as I am disabled, this is impossible as there is not enough room to use it due the amount of space the shower cubicle takes up. All in all the bathroom is a disaster and not suitable for purpose.

I wrote a" one star" review back in February about the delays with installing a bath l purchased.
l wish to report that ,the company apologised and gave me an extra year
guarantee.
They also came out to advise me about how to use the heat regulator.
l am pleased to say the bath works perfectly and the installation engineers/plumbers, were excellent in every way.

Great service from start to finish. The salesman was excellent, & the order was handled well, even when I changed it shortly after ordering. Everything turned up on time, & Danny, the fitter, was a star. Nothing was too much trouble & he finished the installation in a day. The bathroom was left clean & tidy, and the old bathroom suite & all the packaging etc was removed on the same day. Not the cheapest option, but we got what we asked for with the minimum of fuss. Great service.
the product looks good, the installation was very good but sadly the communications need to improve. There was so little commucations that I started to think it was a scam. especially since the agent when asked a serious question left very quickly once he had the deposit.
Excellent service from Nationwide Mobility, from the 1st visit by a surveyor to the engineers that installed, each stage was explained to me. The Engineers were excellent. I now have a walk in aqua bath, which is fantastic. Thank you.
One man on his own installed our walk in bath. He was an expert electrician, plumber and carpenter and made an excellent job. We were so impressed, as we are also with the bath. It was worth paying that bit extra for.
All very good, impressed by the quality of the products and the efficiency of the fitting team.
Plug on the wash basin sticks and fouls the new pipe tp the tap.
I've just had to intercede as power of attorney on behalf of my elderly parents, after the saleman visited their home to quote. He applied high-pressure sales techniques to convince them the £8,500 price tag (for a bungalow that has recently had a walk-in bath removed) represents great value for money. Against their better judgement, expecting a quote for less than half, my 89-yr old father was driven to the bank (10 miles away) by the saleman to immediately withdraw and hand over £4000 in cash. Nationwide Mobility would not be able to install the bath until after the new year. I spoke to the sales chap who was abusive to me and who left in a hurry when I advised I intended to report to Trading Standards.
On reporting to the Citizen Advice consumer a helpline, the lady has sent it immediately to Trading Standards as 'potentially criminal activity' and has advised that if the company attempt to make contact over the telephone or in person, that my parents must call 999 immediately!
I'm not sure what details Trading Standards are aware of regarding this firm, but it sounds like my parents have had an extremely lucky escape! The whole thing has left me rather shaken up!
My Grandparents purchased a bathlift from Nationwide Mobility and could not have been happier with the service received. The whole process was fast and the communication about the order was top notch. I cannot praise the men who visited enough – Rob and Bryn. They were so friendly and polite and worked hard to ensure everything was exactly tailored to my Grandparent’s requirements including supplying them with extra parts when they needed them. I have seen other bathlifts online at cheaper prices but I was keen for my Grandparents to go with a Company who carry out personal site visits and have an aftercare service that would look after them as they are elderly and vulnerable. I am so happy with my choice. My Grandparents have had to use the after-care service once since installation and the response was excellent. I would recommend Nationwide Mobility to anyone else looking for a bathlift.
My friend suffers from vertigo and broke the shower door when he accidentally fell, I had to wait over a week for the repair to be carried out and was charged £270, I have since been contacted by customer services and received a refund for the repair of the shower, I appreciate the support given me following my complaint.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! RECOMMENDED!! BATH LIFT FITTED WITHIN AN HOUR..
So the facts. This company has no pricing information within its brochures or its website.
You have to call them i find that odd. They charged my 90 year old step dad £895 for a bath lift after providing a free consultation. This exact same bath lift the aquatec orca bath lift retails for under £240 from several other online stores a quick Google will show you that. Regarding customer service, when I asked the sales rep why they don't advise elderly people who are probably not internet savy that this product can be found elsewhere for over £600 cheaper he replied and I quote 'why would we?' To which I replied 'because it is ethically the right thing to do'. Make your own mind up as to what is really going on here.

This is a company that is very quick to get money from you and hold it for Three months to get the interest on it when the company delved our bath the driver said it has to go and be stored inside i told him that was not possible he did not b delive me and went past me to check the whole house what a cheek and he wanted more money!. Fitting day came and lasted two days the fitters went without fitting the pump for the water supply to the bath! I also told the that the tap was to near the seat and was sticking
into my wife leg when she was lowering herself in the water I repeated this to the guy who fitted the pump he said he would report it but i had to as well eventually it was all put right but i was [promised a payment for all the hassle my wife and i had endured but this was not payed.

My elderly parents contacted them after a fall out of the Bath. A salesman visited and sold them a product for £1800 that he told them is what they needed. A visit now from an Occupational Therapist has advised that this product is not fit for purpose and not suitable for him at all, if fact quite dangerous for him and it needs removing asap. I have contacted them directly to discuss that they mis sold a product to be fobbed off and told that they signed to say they were happy with the installation of the product so all I could do was write a complaint letter to them. Of course I will but will also include trading standards and any other governing body. Not happy- sharky company who target vulnerable elderly people for large amounts of money.
I expressed an interest in receiving their brochure.....huge mistake. They are harassing me with phone calls every half hour despite me emailing them as well to stop. For this reason I wouldn't go anywhere near this company now.
