Good service for the replacement
Good service for the replacement. Done quickly and tidily.
My one small niggle was that the time slot changed from 9.00 -13.00
to 9.00 - 16.30 on the morning and he didn't turn up until 16.00, and that was after a cancellation. Maybe the company expects their employees to do too many jobs in a day.

Good installation
My new Tesla S windscreen took some time to come in to stock, but when it did the reading team was fast and efficient. Genuine Tesla screen fitted with all cameras realigned and working without issue. Thank you.

Friendly and quick windscreen replacement
When you get a crack in your windscreen it fills you with dread. My windscreen was not something that could be replaced remotely so I had to take my car into Reading for them to replace it. Friendly and happy bunch of people on reception. I wend to Costa for a coffee just over the road and came back about an hour and a half later and the car was done.
