Fantastic quick and efficient service at the depot, my only complaint is they charge the booking time twice which wasn’t massive cos I work around the corner but otherwise imbecile service

Damaged Mirror Cowl, no response
Contacted them after having my front windscreen replaced as I was getting a knocking, clicking sound when driving over uneven road, turning corners. I was told this would be passed onto their local office. Over 4 days later still no response, I went into my local VW and had them diagnose the issue. This is when they identified that 3 out of the four retainer clips in my mirror cowl had been snapped, in there words "this has been forced off by someone now knowing what they were doing, as this is removed easily by pinching it together at the connection. The overall sound issue has been resolved but due to there being three clips damaged I now have a slight rattle on older tarmac roads, so driving down the A1/M is a nightmare and I have to turn my music up.

National windscreens
Booked my car in for a windscreen replacement at the Newcastle branch, through my insurance after a stone had cracked my windscreen. Got an appointment within 4 days. Amazing service and they were done in just over an hour, great communication with emails regarding appointments. Didn’t get any names but they were great.
My parents also used national windscreens a week before I was booked in for a home appointment as they had a chip in their windscreen, again no issues at all. 100% recommend.
