I booked over insurance quick change ok but didn't calibrate my camera cause got adaptive headlight . Been back to that place said they did it . Done my own scan so they had fit my camera incorrectly and didn't calibrate anything staff being rude about it "its not them fault"

New screen scratched and filthy
Told it would be take 1.5 hours. Took almost 4. Waited onsite, coffee making facilities were a joke.replacement screen has a scratch in it and was never cleaned after fitting.on booking car in online and opting to have wipers replaced and having to wait two weeks to take it to my local centre I was told they didn’t have any wipers in stock !!

Didn’t turn up for mobile appointment…
Didn’t turn up for mobile appointment then offered an appointment 3 weeks later. We had to suggest booking with a depot over an hours drive away at our own expense to get booked in earlier. Then drove 4 hours total and held hostage for 30 mins chasing payment of £300 despite having 6 vehicles booked in with your company and ongoing work. Terrible service from start to finish

Collection arrangement could be better
No hassles dropping off at midday - perhaps would have been better to say to collect at 3.45pm at the latest, close at 4pm rather than being told that they would ring me when ready. But overall very happy. Thank you.
