Very disappointing

Despite multiple attempts (dozens of emails) to solve an issue, we have had only 5 replies and most go unanswered and our issues remains unsolved months later. Even calling only elicited a response of 'I'll reply to your email, no helpful conversation at all

They were great when we enquired, but after sales has been very sadly lacking. A real shame. This is the first negative review I have ever left, but felt it very justified, which should tell how disappointed we are. .
