I just started using NBC

UPDATE
This updated review is to reflect our customer service experience not the company's policies...after NBC Withheld our customers funds for 1 month due to me not fully understanding the spending limit policies of NBC. YOU MUST READ everything before you sign. Don't let the sales person who sets your account up mislead you. If your customer spends more than the limit you set up you will be flagged as a possible fraudulent merchant.
After exactly 1 month and several emails and phone conversations Miss Angela at NBC went to bat for us and the money was finally transferred to our Companies account. We can now start classes for our customers. She was terrific. Thanks Angela. I appreciate your help so much.
