Do not use this company! They are a scam. I ordered an iPad and my order was cancelled weeks later without any explanation. When I brought this to their attention they said my order was cancelled as iPads are ‘promotional items only’ however they had still not refunded me!
Their terms and conditions stated nothing regarding the iPads being promotional items only, and not only that but they stated Natici have 48 hours to cancel any orders before it is deemed accepted. By cancelling my order weeks later they have voided their T&C! I put this to them in writing and they apologised and told me they would honour my order however there would be a 12-16 week wait for the ipad to come in stock. Excuse me? Why should I have to wait 16 weeks for an ipad which is available straight away on Apple and other websites. Anyway I told them I would like to proceed and wait for the iPad however weeks later I was refunded without any explanation and still did not receive the iPad!
Natici held my money for months and did not provide me with what I ordered. I don’t know what they are doing with customers money but I would stay well clear of this website in future they are scammers!

Have purchased a mattress previously from Natici so didn’t hesitate to use them again. We opted for a Comfology this time.
Simon on customer services was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products.
Easy to order and delivered on time.
Very comfortable !

I got the comfology twin mattress to replace my old spring mattress… and wow! The best sleep in a long time! The delivery process was smooth, and you get free delivery! I found the customer service to be both friendly and informative, I spoke with a gentleman called Andrew and he was so helpful! If you are considering buying a new mattress I wouldn’t hesitate in getting one of these! Truly fabulous!

I found the prospect of buying a new mattress extremely daunting but I need not have worried. Fantastic sales support ensured we chose the most suitable mattress and at a great price, whilst the returns policy gave complete confidence. Communication about delivery was efficient and we received delivery exactly as arranged. The delivery guys were on time and really helpful. Even brought the mattress into our room! Today I have just received the large bookcase, 3 door, 3 drawer sideboard and a nest of two tables in the lovely Savio range. What exquisitely beautiful, well-made excellent furniture! I am thrilled to bits with these items. The delivery with Furdeco was superb in that the two guys, Hussain (D95) and Maneeb (M78) were incredibly helpful, polite, hard-working and professional. These Natici pieces of furniture are of the highest quality; even better than they appear on the website. I highly recommend anyone thinking of buying from this company. A superb and great choice. Worth every penny as these look built to last a lifetime!

Excellent Service
It's always worrying ordering a main present so close to Christmas Day. In this case, an iPad for my son.
However, my delivery was super quick and the price was even better.

The wait time for the delivery was up to 6 weeks but it got delivered in just 2 weeks!

I came across the company and reviewed there bedroom furniture for my new home. I was looking for a stylish and more robust wardrobe and chest of drawers. The item were delivered and installed the a team of professionals, and the furniture has transformed our bedroom. Highly recommended.

I am really pleased with my Savio range of bedroom furniture. It’s well designed in a contemporary style with great shades of colour that match my bedroom so well. It’s practical and looks great!

We bought the Arno bed and we were very pleased with the product and value for money. We had cause to contact Natici a couple of times before and during the order and they were unfailingly prompt and helpful in responding. Would definitely recommend them.

I ordered an Avelino sofa bed from Natici. The ordering process was simple and straightforward, and I received a response from the company straight away. The sofa bed was delivered to me within days, much quicker than I expected.
The sofa itself is absolutely beautiful. I have ordered a similar style sofa bed from a different company before but there is no comparison with this one. It is very strong and sturdy, and comfortable enough to use as an everyday sofa.
I ordered the sofa in blue velvet, it is a lovely diesel blue and everyone has complimented me on it.

My experience dealing with Natici has been first class from beginning to the end. Andrew was so helpful, and advised me so well, helping me to select the correct mattress and bed to suit me. Delivery was much quicker than I thought it would be, the delivery men were efficient and professional, and the bed is really comfortable. I feel I have the RollsRoyce of beds. Solid piece of furnature well made and with a great discount on price makes it a bargin. Delivery was fast with a 2 man delivery they take it to room of choice as it is already assembled no flat pack.

Absolutely delighted with our purchase of Belice bedroom furniture. Build quality is superb and the rich oak materials used definitely enhance the look of the room. Depth of drawers in the units means plenty of space for our needs. Items arrived well packaged and delivery was scheduled and completed perfectly by the delivery team. All in all, very impressed with the goods and service provided and would certainly consider making future purchases. Sale price meant getting the furniture at excellent value for money.
