to preface, i NEVER EVER leave bad reviews unless it is pretty bad sooo yeah. where do i even start lol. they ended up closing their shop and having a big blowout sale. they mentioned on their instagram post that they were going through a very rough time which is understandable. i bought a few chokers because of this sale and was very excited but also was patient due to all the stuff going on in this person’s personal life. two years later now, haven’t heard anything! (ordered 2024 it is now 2026) everyone was very upset, so they actually deleted their entire instagram and website completely after this sale and i’ve talked with multiple people, nobody got their orders. so looks like they took their money. no refund, no nothing. couldn’t even distribute it with my bank because of the first couple months passing was the estimated time of delivery. :/

Bought jewelry from this place in September 2021, it’s now October 2023 and still no delivery. Many promises from the owner and still no delivery. Now it’s out of time (2 years) to chargeback by PayPal/Visa, as im beyond the 90 day limit. I love to support small business, but I feel like I was scammed. The ‘wait time’ of 3 months alone puts you beyond the time for a refund by your bank,so you’re forced to just wait… and wait. I’ve tried to contact the owner from different email addresses and even via Etsy, all get ignored, intentionally. I have over a dozen emails on record. I’m happy to revise this review, but at present Nastygem appears to be a scam, I would buy elsewhere.
