Terrible customer service
The items are generally fairly good but customer service is atrocious. I messaged with a complaint about a damaged item back in December and still haven't heard a single thing back. Won't be ordering from here again on account of this.

They sent me the wrong item, charged me a processing fee, and I never even got my refund. I paid via afterpay and I never received confirmation of a refund from nastygal or afterpay. I knew there was a reason I stopped shopping here years ago. I’m mad that I spun the block.
After contacting them twice about the matter, they stopped responding.

I placed an order on January 19 and have not received it yet. I just contacted them today about it and they sent the tracking app they use but it gives you an error message every time you try to use it. This will be my last order and there is no number for customer service which adds to the frustration.

First and last order with this company. Returned my order to them two weeks ago, 2 e-mails sent chasing my refund, absolutely no response, awful company, don't bother unless you want the shittiest customer service ever! Never again!
Nasty gal- nasty experience
I ordered two parcels from Nasty Gal. The payment has gone out on the 21st Jan and i was hoping to have both items for my birthday on the 25th Jan. Evri has suggested i contact the provider which i have tried to do but i have not had a response. I am very unhappy and £60 plus P&P out of pocket
Absolute joke!
I ordered two tops on the Saturday , it said it would be sent to the lockers by Tuesday, it’s Tuesday and I still have no dispatch email, so on Wednesday I looked for a way to get in contact with them asking when it would be dispatched, but I only got to speak to an AI bot, that AI bot told me it should be here by Sunday, I finally got it on the Saturday, I tried one top and it was slightly big on me and the gaps between the buttons were showing skin, which was not like the photo, the other one I didn’t try on as it looked uncomftable, so I sent it back, they told me I would recieve an email when they had the parcel and I would receive a refund, it had been a week since I sent it so I checked my emails, nothing I checked my banking app and they had given me a refund, they have change since I last shopped there, you can’t speak to and actual person, they don’t send you emails, they give you a date to and do not deilever in that time frame, they don’t even use their own terms and condition, they make it up as they go along, absolute joke!
Cannot unsubscribe
Awful, have tried to unsubscribe from emails for months. Tried to contact customer service for 3 consecutive days and every time they tell me to click unsubscribe in the email. Obviously I had already tried that and asked them to unsubscribe me manually. I still haven’t been unsubscribed.
Not received, no response to communication
Ordered a dress in mid-December as a present for my wife for Christmas. Got an email saying despatched and with a tracking number on 17th December. The Evri tracking says they are still waiting to receive it a month later. No movement at all.
Appreciate things can go wrong, so left it a while and then tried contacting Nasty Gal through social media messaging, and e-mailed their customer service. Not even a response to either message.

Placed an order on January 2, 2026 and as of January 22, 2026 I still have not received it. The order was over $1000 and only response I received was if I don’t receive it by February 6 a refund will be issued. Do not order from this site.

If I could give it no stars I would. I ordered at the end of November 2025 and waited three weeks to receive my order, which was incorrect. When I finally got ahold of a real customer service representative they told me 1/2 of my order was out of stock so they would refund me and resend the other half. They told me it would be delivered on January 6th and I would receive tracking, which I never did. I kept getting the run-around from the AI customer service that couldn’t even find my new order number and no one provided me with tracking. After finally getting a response today, I was told my item never got resent and I would receive a refund which didn’t make sense because I was told the order was processed. It is now January 21, 2026 and now I don’t have what I ordered at all. The customer service is horrible and this has been the worst experience with ordering ever. I wasn’t even offered a discount code for my troubles. I will never be ordering again. I’m very disappointed and highly upset.
No Refund, Not a single response
Sent my return back in December, have confirmation from inpost that nastygal received it on Jan 1st, but 20 days later I have had no refund, or confirmation of refund. I have emailed them multiple times, I've used the messenger tool, I've contacted them on tiktok and Facebook and I haven't had a SINGLE response. Pulling my hair out, and I want my money back!

Absolutely awful customer service
Absolutely awful customer service, AVOID. Like so many other reviews I am awaiting my refund since the items were posted on the 10th November. I’ve contacted them over 30 times and each time they reply with completely different information. Legal proceedings though the Small Claims Court have begun.

Slow delivery and not responsive to enquiries
The few items I’ve bought recently have been fine, quality as expected for fast fashion just glad I’ve purchased in the big sales. Otherwise can’t recommend if you want to receive anything quickly. First order took nearly two weeks, Evri stated “two day delivery”. Second order was just after Christmas when the site was advertising “arrives in time for NYE” - did not happen. That order arrived in two separate parcels a week after NYE and a few days apart. Was not told about this happening until the first part of the order was delivered to my chosen collection point. Soon as it was delivered I received another dispatch email for the second half of the order which took a further four days to arrive. Third order from over a week ago stated “two day delivery” on the Evri app and it’s been four days since it said that, only just saying today that Evri actually has the parcel. So I don’t think I’ll receive it until at least Monday now (Friday currently). With the third order there was an error, I used Klarna which didn’t work initially and the order didn’t go through but the money was still taken from my account. I looked into contacting Nasty Gal about it to find you can only contact them via Facebook messenger or WhatsApp. Sent a Facebook message to enquire about it. There was no auto response to acknowledge my message. Thankfully my bank had realised no order had actually been confirmed and I received a refund next day, second order attempt worked. Sent a follow up message on 4th Jan to confirm all was well. Message as of today is still left on “sent”, not even “delivered”.
There should be at the very least a dedicated customer service email address. The lack of “delivered” notification for enquiries via Facebook is unacceptable let alone the lack of a acknowledgement that a customer enquiry has been received. The two day shipping is a lie. Quality of products isn’t worth the RRP and barely worth the sale prices offered. I put it down to the time of year originally but given the fact I received other orders from different brands in a more timely manner and two orders post Christmas have been taking a long time I don’t think I will shop here again.
terrible customer service
placed an order end of december. on the website, it was advertised as 5-8 shipping days. it is now january 15th and not only has the package not arrived, the tracking link they keep sending has an error message. i have contacted them via their text messaging feature repeatedly and they cannot provide a different link or any assistance. worst customer service ever. if my package does not arrive tomorrow im reporting them to my bank.
