She goes above and beyond to service my account. She’s knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. I kept trying in order 22411 in jelly belly and it keeps disappearing. I finally gave up. If you have it and can add it back in to the order (I tried twice) please do so and adjust my account total. I would like 4 cases.

I appreciate the variety of items, but...
I appreciate the variety of items offered. However, I found the ordering fees to be unreasonably high. I placed an order over $700, but because one item was a holiday item, it would ship separately, requiring a second order. To get that item shipped, I would have had to add another $200 worth of products to that order.
