Never buy this brand by online I order shot in January 2026 the item never arrived until this day, they know my package never arrived to me but they do not also give refund. Complaint to customer care no solution they say when we will get the item back to they wear house n we will give a refund. My cases closed without any resolution.
Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience with Nanushka.
I returned items and shipped the package on January 22. Although the company states that refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving the return, more than 2weeks have passed and I still have not received my money or any clear update.
Customer service has been slow and unhelpful, and for a brand at this price level I expected a much more professional process. Even more frustrating is that in their physical store they do not offer refunds at all — only store credit — which feels very restrictive and not customer-friendly.
Having to chase a refund is frustrating and unacceptable. I hope they improve their returns and refund procedures, because right now I cannot recommend shopping here.

This was my first time ordering from Nanushka, and it was horrible.
I ordered a summer bag in the first week of June, it took a few weeks to ship, and then I got a notification while I was on vacation that it was delivered by DHL.
I check my front door cameras, no deliveries were recorded. So I email them, and let them know. They said they’d “confirm via DHL” and get back to me. They never got back to me and only worked on communication when I reached out to them. It wasn’t until the end of August that DHL confirmed that the package was misdelivered… and by then, the bag I wanted was no longer in production.
This has been such a terrible experience from start to finish. It really shows how little you care for your customers - holding onto their money for months even when I sent proof of no delivery, and customer service only responding with updates when I reach out to ask for them. At the end of it all, my options from customer service are “I can finally give your money back or I can send you another one …at the end of summer …that isn’t what you ordered.”
Not interested in a brand that isn’t about going above and beyond to right their wrongs.

I placed an order online but then realised it would arrive after I go on holiday. Frantically I emailed the team, and then managed to call them. Petra L from the customer support team was nothing short of exceptional. She very kindly dealt with my issue and managed to cancel my order and reserve the bag for me in the London flagship store. Endlessly grateful to her. It's not often you get such kind and helpful customer service.

MISSING DELIVERY, NANUSHKA REFUSES REFUND
My delivery from Nanushka was stolen outside my apartment door, after Fedex put it there without notifying me in advance. Neither Fedex nor Nanushka took any responsibility for my missing delivery, even though I told them I had a filed a police report. Nanushka refuses to give me a refund. I will never shop at Nanushka again, this was a terrible experience. Do not trust their delivery process with Fedex!!!
Update: after an email exchange, Nanushka offered me a 10% refund as well as €350 store credit. That would mean I would still have to pay for the remaining order amount, about €1000. Fortunately for me, I had used Klarna for the order and as Klarna reviewed the case, they ruled in my favour and cancelled my entire payment. I am not trying to be mean, this is what actually happened to me and I want to inform Nanushka’s customers of what can happen. Thanks for reading this far.

I am still waiting for a response about my recent purchase. I bought a top for 500 USD to find out that I have to pay 800 extra for customs when the product arrived to LA. Without any previous warnings - on top of it nobody is replying to my emails.

Don't buy if you might return
I recently returned my order to Nanushka using the label they provided with DHL but am still waiting for my refund. The return shipment is on hold as they have an unpaid invoice outstanding with DHL and Nanushka won't refund me despite this being their problem. I have had to raise with Paypal.

I bought a jacket in the Nanushka…
I bought a jacket in the Nanushka Budapest store, and after 5 days I have decided to return it, because it didn’t fit well. But apparently there is no possibility to return the purchase after 3 days, which is very strange and not customer-friendly. It should 2 weeks as everywhere else.
The consultant gave me a voucher for the same amount, but I didn’t want to buy anything else in the store.

Love Nanushka! Such beautiful and fashion forward clothing. Had to exchange for a different size, customer service was quick and helpful.
Thoughtless packing
Nanushka is not a cheap brand so why behave like one? I ordered a pair of trousers and they arrived in a box for a pair of gloves, folded across the main seam. Intern doing the packing?
Honest opinion requested by the team
I was sent an email by the Nanushka team to write a rating, so here it is: I wanna be very generous with my rating, because I love the brand itself (the designs mostly) and I had a great experience once in the London store. However, I have to say that I would have given a 2 as a rating if we’re talking about the clothes. The Hide jacket is my biggest disappointment in life. The material is awful for a price this high. Even if it was 20x less, the material is still not worth it, my jackets’ necks are crumbling after 1-2 years of use. I’m extremely disappointed so I recommend everyone to avoid the Hide jackets! In addition, EVERYTHING is so overpriced. If it were more affordable, I would probably give the clothes a 4.
