For clarification, the product I received is not the one advertised on the seller’s website.
The photos on their page show a branded Nanoteqa fragrance-free air freshener in a white bottle, while I was sent a generic, unbranded clear plastic bottle with foaming liquid and a completely different label.
This is a clear case of item not as described and misleading product representation.
I have contacted the seller and requested either the correct product or a full refund.
If the issue is not resolved, I will proceed with a chargeback through my card provider.
Update: The seller publicly accused me of fraud. This is incorrect.
I requested a refund because the product I received does not match the product advertised on the seller’s website. I have photos clearly showing the difference between what was advertised and what was delivered.

This product is very reliable. Its delivery was on time. My housework is faster. Used for 2x2 m windows. Thank you for your cooperation, yours will be presented.

I'm really happy with Nanoteqa products! I use their cleaning supplies at home and at work. The Nanoteqa WINDOW CLEANER 500ml is amazing — it removes dirt easily and leaves no streaks. We have large windows at home that often get dirty form fingerprints, dust, etc. so window cleaner product from this company was a good choice I believe. Very effective at removing household dust. Recommend!

Having had Nanoteqa contact me regarding their products, and after getting off to a bit of a shaky start, I have to say their customer service has been excellent. I could not be happier to be fair.
Wwe have yet to try the products in earnest but a small trial showed them to be able to do what they should.

I had to pay postage of £1.50 to receive a letter listing nanoteqa products which I do not require
