Don't purchase ANYTHING from Nanostore.co! EVER!!
I ordered an anti-anxiety pet bed on May 8th, 2020. They notified me on May 16th, 2020 that it had been shipped and provided a tracking number. I expected it to take some time due to it being from China and Covid19. However, after weeks of NOTHING I didn't receive my product. I emailed them TWICE and had no response. I finally found their customer service number and called. All the first person did was give me the tracking number and weak apologies. Three days later, I called them AGAIN because I was able to discover that the item no longer existed (sitting in LAX?). I requested my money back and it was like pulling teeth. All they wanted to do was re-ship it which would have taken "another 3 weeks or so". I was finally able to get a refund but not without incredible difficulty. I need an anti-anxiety bed now! Their customer service is atrocious. DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!
