'Party is Within' was an amazing, rejuvenating experience because it's the corner within us, is something that we never peep in at. New Year couldn't have been better than acknowledging my own self with the potential of growth. The Retreat, with such wonderful souls and the activities arranged by Namu Di contributed to spend time with self and at the same time, observing and learning a lot from everyone. The experience isn't faded from the memory and thus, it's attracting miracles everyday sometimes explicitly visible, sometimes implicit and at times the aftermath makes us realize that the incident was nothing less than a miracle.
Thank You Namu Di, for I experienced had the best time and learnings of my life.

I am writing this review almost 15 days after attending Party is Within. Did this on purpose... wanted to see how much of the retreat's experience still lingers within me... And I must say, I can feel its energy in little moments of every passing day.

Unexpectedly, 2025 started with such a soulful episode for me. The 2.5 days were not filled with expectations, goal setting, planning, and such other heavy words I am usually surrounded with. It was all about observing, staying in the present, feeling every breath, diving deep into self reflections and realizations.

I was filled with emotions of gratitude, love, and letting go. I found solace in so many amazing people who do not judge you for expressing. And experiencing all of this in the guidance of Namrata (and Vishal) was out of the world :)

Namrata's patience, smile, presence, and ability to hold space for every single person in the retreat filled my heart with warmth.

I am unable to pin point what exactly shifted... may be its the way I look at things now. But I feel happier - and that's the whole point.

So thank you, Namrata and Vishal. I wish more and more people get to be part of this lovely retreat :)

It was a wonderful experience. The time we spent in the retreat was a time for reflection and rejuvenation. The conversations, the activities, the reflections... It really opened up something for me. And her performance in the end, was just mind blowing. It was so surreal, deep and therapeutic. Her work touches you in ways you cannot expect. Lots of love to you Namrata. Starting 2025 with Namrata's "Party Is Within" Retreat was a gift to my soul. Over 2.5 days, I experienced an opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the essence of being.

The activities weren't rushed through; they were about savoring every moment. The pace was unhurried, allowing us to breathe, reflect, and uncover truths about identity, communication, presence, and self-worth. Namrata’s thoughtfully designed activities invited surrender, introspection, and expression.

The real highlight was her live performance art. Visual silent poetry in motion. It was a profound expression of raw emotion. A reminder to embrace life as a celebration of all experiences, whether joyful or sorrowful.

I entered with a clear intention, to express and experience fully. I left with that and more - a renewed sense of self and sincere connections with kindred spirits. Interestingly, we shed our names during the retreat, adopting soul names instead. By the end, none of us wanted to leave the cocoon of connection we had built, unbridled of the baggage of our past.

This retreat was an experience of serendipitous transformation. Thank you, Namrata, for creating a space where calmness and aliveness coexist with harmony.

I would like to mention about Namrata Vishal,my mentor. I begin from the fact that neither she looked out for me nor I looked out for her. It so happened that she had written a gist about her story on a post of author Ravindra Singh on instagram and i felt so moved by it , that I replied to her story and just checked her profile to know who she was. Upon realising , she is a coach, I instantly msged her and booked a discovery call. Finally someone came in as an angel to my life as she decided to help me and despite knowing my financial difficulties to afford her sessions, she offered to help me get started with by coming up with a solution that catered to both of us. Today's second session was amazing with the process of reframing done today. It made me let go of the past situation grudge against the person and healed me from that past trauma. There was a different me at the end of the session today. We were amazed to know we are both same age and both are left handed. I guess universe had to have is cross paths for good. Some karmic connection and an amazing coach and beautiful soul she is. I truly wish her the best in all her endeavors as a coach .

AwwI just got to attend 30 mins of Day 2 of Happiness reset Challenge. And I could only participate in one activity which Namrata & Shariva conducted. My God, such a simple process but such profound insights. It couldn't have been more beautiful than this. The way I could see my whole life on those torn pieces of paper, I could contemplate and then get the way further to move with more in presence, awareness, and that inner little joy. The happiness that wants to be expressed. Gratitude to both and loads of Love. Looking forward to more workshops and sessions with you.

I was stuck in a loop of my own thoughts which were pulling me down but after just 15 mins with her she completely shifted my mind and showed me the truth behind those thoughts and connected me to my Authentic self and questions which were dangling in my head were answered automatically!!! Overall the workshop was good but a little more direction with one more doodle would work wonderfully. Instead of just doing one doodle, may be one more would have given a better understanding. Nevertheless I am happy.
