It took me at least 15 times to finalizse and every time needed to start at the beginning again.
Even with suppirt from helpdesk, I was not able to set the camera settings the way it should be. at the end I tried out 4 PC until it worked with my private laptop.
Experience with operator was positive,

Never again
The SPID was supposed to be activated in 24h. More than a week later my case is still pending , I have created 2 tickets asking for support and I am not able to get any feedback. Also, absurd that to speak with an agent for support I need to pay.. STAY AWAY of this company!!!!!!

Ci dispiace per quanto accaduto, il ticket è stato gestito in ritardo dal nostro supporto, rispetto allo standard, in quanto i volumi in ingresso in questo periodo sono notevolmente aumentati, allungando i tempi di gestione.

The entire process was horrible
The entire process was horrible - the process was not explained clearly from the beginning, so I did not know that I needed to use a computer with a camera and that I needed to have my passport (not just a photocopy) with me when verifying. Also, the codes expired too quickly.

It took four attempts to talk to an agent that could help. it seemed that once the agents saw that they were helping a senior person they quickly discontinued. Then when the senior person had their sister help they again discontinued without explanation. I am still not sure that the process was completed after 24 hours. There has not been an email from your company to tell me it was successful.
But not i must give a review.
