I had been bought a rhinestone tracksuit as a gift. Several have come off so I emailed them asking to buy replacements. They were incredibly unhelpful and refused to help. Now my rather expensive tracksuit looks cheap!

Amazing brand with great ideas. The quality is to die for and I’d rather pay that extra money for the beautiful creation! My top favourite brand ever!!

If you have any issues with your order good luck. Their policy for exchanges or returns are that you return the item and they give credit. In their emails, they have a section about getting support on your order by sending an email to them at a specific email address, except that email has a typo. When they received my exchange they sent a gift card that I couldn't claim so i had to go through their support again. Honestly to get my exchange/return processed they just had too many things stopping me from actually doing a return. They should just have a no return policy if they are going to create every dark pattern possible to get you to not go through with it.

I love their brand as a whole, from the designs to the quality of the products to the customer service they are amazing !

I love named collective so much its the best drip to get! I love the rhinestone pieces so much I want to get the crash piece next. I have two pieces from them and I can’t wait to keep getting more pieces. Named collective is literally the best hands down!

My package arrived after three weeks, which is fine, but I had to pay €240 for I don’t even know what for… taxes, customs, and shipping costs… I know England isn't in the EU and I'm from the EU, so it's understandable that there are costs involved, but this is really a lot.
Just so you know, be aware

MY ALL TIME FAVOURITE CLOTHING BRAND!!! probs spent like thousands here over the many years i’ve been supporting and there’s not a single purchase i regret. fast tracked shipping, extremely active and helpful social media’s and customer service, and the clothes are perfect every time. there’s only been one time where i had a slight issue with one of my zips (out of the 15+ hoodies i’ve bought from here lol) and they instantly sent me a new one, easy peasy. LOVE THEM TO PIECES!!!!!

I bought a tracksuit and it arrived quickly, they included a thank you card and some stickers which gave it a nice touch. The tracksuit was better than I could have imagined, but slightly on the bigger side. I struggled to submit an exchange due to website technicalities, so emailed the customer service team who responded within the hour sorting my problem. I cannot fault the service and will definitely be buying more from them.

Very great quality ! I will say, it was a bit pricey to be honest, but I def think one set is a staple ! It came so fast, I think 2-3 business days ? I def recommend getting at least one set ! I love it and will wear it more ! The fur is detachable too !!

Amazing customer service. I had a gift card expire after the guy who gave it to me cheated. I emailed Named Collective explaining the situation on a long shot that I'd be able to get some of it back. To my surprise, they responded the very next day and were so incredibly kind and gracious enough to issue me a new gift card!!! I am so grateful to them, I'll forever be a customer!
