I moved a dozen sites to NameCrane.com from another large hosting provider, initially because of the affordable pricing, and have been very pleased by the high quality of customer support -- fast, knowledgeable and friendly.

We're based out of India and have been waiting for really long for buyshared - now namecrane, to roll out Signapore or Indian location. As soon as I saw it, we signed up immediately, migrated over our websites to them and the support during the entire migration process was really impeccable. Not to mention, our wordpress website loads really fast and I am really impressed.

I have been with NameCrane for a few weeks however I had been a customer when they were operating under the name Frantech, and the support was and still is amazing.

I asked a question at XX:57, and at XX:58, my issue was completely resolved as Mateus had responded very quickly.

The response from support is always fast and in the past they have gone above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with WordPress despite it being unmanaged hosting.

I am from India. The best Hosting Services for the bucks. Support is Top Notch. Recommend to everyone.

Mike went above and beyond to help me. I was having issues with emails being delivered from my website after moving my website to NameCrane. Mike updated the settings on my C-Panel and WordPress website and also provided me with step-by-step instructions (including images) to update my domain name account. He was quick to respond, efficient, and clear. Better service than many other tech companies in my opinion.

I've been using Namecrane since it was called BuyShared and it's been near-flawless. Every issue I've had was resolved by the team quite fast. The services are extremely inexpensive and also perform very well, unlike many, many other hosts I've tried.

Namecrane offers Redis cache and Litespeed webserver which are both very helpful for website speed/loadtime. They place no hard bandwidth limits, offer generous amounts of disk space, CPU and I/O (actually there's no IO limit), and use DDR5 RAM. The namecrane website itself is super fast making it easy to do things when in a hurry.

There are truly countless other features, too many to list in one review. However, what I can say for certain here is that I wouldnt use any other shared host over Namecrane today.

Used BuyShared (now NameCrane)/BuyVM in the past so decided to try their new NameCrane crates. Super fast servers and server loads are always very low. Had to put a few tickets in and support has always been quick and helpful. Congrats on the new brand!

I have been using namcrane (BuyShared) for a few years now and have had no issues. Support is great and they are just good people. I know some people say its cheap, so they must be overselling, but that's not the case here.

I was a customer of frantech / buyshared / namecrane for one year.

This is by far the worst webhoster I experienced in the last 8 years.

You can count on about 7-10 unexpected downtimes per 3 month for at least one hour each.

Bad communication (I got my renewal invoice and three days later it was already suspended --- i was on vacation for one weeked lol)

If you look for a hobby project and it MUST be super cheap, this may your hoster.
but be aware, its nothing that you should rely on.

I've been a customer of Namecrane's products since the BuyShared days. They've always provided a stellar service with some amazing support (fast responses, from actual people). And the price is definitely not something you can complain about.

The transition from BuyShared to Namecrane was so smooth I took a double take. My account just worked on the new site with no downtime whatsoever.
