I have lost a lot of money, i have tried to contact this company to find out when my goods are arriving and have had no response, Its a scam, why is Trustpilot score high on this company, why hasn't the site been taken down

An A star company from start to finish!
I ordered clothes from the sale and was so impressed by the item ( patterned yoga pants) , material , stitching and quality. I really liked the packaging - no extra waste of paper and plastic but the item arrived in a really clever package and in great condition, I had a big smile on my face all day. The quality and prices pre and post sale are great ( in comparison to other companies so when it says fair trade it means fair to everyone!) and to know the ethics behind the company makes this the first choice for me now for these items . I already have a saved list to buy and have shared with my friends
( I cant believe I didn't know of the company before but glad I do now).
I have also communicated with the sales team and spoke to a delightful woman - no pressure, not defensive, just really warm, kind and helpful. Please don't change your style ever!

I bought an incense stick tower from them and had great customer service. They got in touch very quickly after the order was placed to advise that the item I'd ordered was no longer in stock and with an extensive list of alternative colours of the same item and alternative styles which could be substituted into the order instead. After indicating my preference, the item arrived soon thereafter. I had a good experience with them and wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone else.
