So I placed an order with goods that were marked "available" in green, meaning according to the site that delivery should take a couple of days. Well 2 weeks later, no movement at all, the goods are not even shipped yet and no updates on the order status.
At first their setup looks good, but now reading also other customers reviews and experiencing it myself, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Terrible! Ordered a gift for Christmas, got a confirmation that it would come on December 13. On December 19: no gift, no update. I followed up with them and received a very ignorant message that the order will come in January. They ignore my 3 requests for a refund.

PLEASE!!!! Never order there! I have ordered 2 weeks before Christmas a small gift with the expected delivery on 21/12. today is 22.12- still no reply or gift or changing the status to the transportation- NOTHING!!! I didn't use to write these kind of reviews, but this should not happen with others.

Ordered at the end of November and still no book. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but I had to buy something else. Never again.

Stay away from this "fastest growing startup" - the only thing that is growing fast is the amount of dissatisfied customers and money taken from clients without actually delivering the products.

I've ordered items over 5 weeks ago, and 2 days after the scheduled delivery - got a message from their customer support that they failed to procure the items and couldn't do a delivery, therefore order cancelled with no clarity on the details of the fulfillment. 4 days later I got a refund for 1/3 items and 4 days after that I got the confirmation that the order was completely delivered (aka 2 other books).

Till today, no physical books and the customer support wrote me like a bot "Should you have any questions or require assistance, we are always happy to help. Please don't hesitate to contact us – we are here to assist you in the best way possible.
Have a wonderful day!" without any actual reply given to a fully listed recap of why there was confusion in the first place.

I will never purchase from this store again.

Quick, easy to use. Have already recommended to other English speaking book lovers here in Switzerland! My apologies that I do not speak German!

This company is such a scam. After 5 months of not receiving my paid order, and them constantly providing me with lies, I have now requested a refund and suddenly they go silent.
Even if they deliver products to some people, to me they are a huge scam because they choose to sell you a product knowing that they will not be able to deliver.
One star is even too much.

I ordered 30 books and had to cancel some of them, but I received the reimbursement two months later, which was fine.

Ordered an advent calendar. They said 17 days delivery. That has long passed. Now it's 1st Advent on Monday, and their AI chatbot says that the order is still "in processing" and has not been shipped. They even had the audacity to charge 1.95 "Bearbeitungsgebühr" to order at their store.

I have ordered twice from this website. The first time, the order arrived two weeks late. The second time I placed an order, it never arrived at all. This website should absolutely be avoided.

Look like an other dropshiping website.
Cannot access your account once created (blank page).
Email adress return automatic answer that it is not monitored, so noboy to talk to.

Easy to order, great range, best price, quick delivery

I got the wrong book delivered and contacted them, explaining the issue. They replied with a precise description of how I can return the book (for which I would obviously have to pay a lot, since they sent me a huge Sri Lankan cooking book), but did not explain how I can get the book I actually ordered. Once, and never again!

After reading the reviews, I feel lucky because half of my order arrived on time, but one book is still missing, and it’s been several months since I placed the order. I feel scammed, as the customer service keeps changing the delivery date. I don’t think it will ever arrive. I would stay away from this website.

almost 2 months after expected delivery date, nothing yet. Every time I contact them, I receive an order confirmation (the same as initially), but not the product.
I ordered it for a birthday gift, hugely disappointed.
