We had our new kitchen fitted at the end of last year, we are in Manchester so couldn’t get to the Naked kitchens showrooms, Suzie was amazing at capturing what we wanted from our new kitchen, and we couldn’t be more happy for the way it looks.

Real joy to work with and the outcome is beautiful and so high quality.

Naked Kitchens asked me to amend my last review after they sent an amiable chap to touch up paintwork, adjust doors and refit a panel (using double sided tape).
However, this is where it all went wrong again. The Dekton worktops had already been delayed and made and fitted twice due to bad cutting and chipping, the large central island sold to us as a 1 piece had to be fitted as 2 because the design was too big. Naked Kitchens did offer to take away some units to reduce the size but our underfloor heating and flooring was already installed around the island.
Anyway some months after installation the worktop started flaking chips around the hob. This was on the far side of the hob a low traffic area.
Dekton was sold to us as hard wearing and as having a long warranty. So we contacted Consentino (makers of Dekton), PWS (installers and cutters) and Naked Kitchens (the vendors) all of whom told us to call one of the others. Eventually, Naked Kitchens emailed PWS who replied we must have dropped pans on the edge. We hadn't done so. And the email was pretty rude. Especially since the first installation had suffered flaking and chipping due to poor cutting.
After much foot stamping on my part PWS visited the site to actually look at the issue. Unsurprisingly, they concluded the same in their own favour. There was no investigation of their prepration of the material. It wasn't needed they said.
And so Consentino, PWS and Naked Kitchens without proper investigation refused to honour the warranty. They are sellling expensive products, that are defective, poorly prepared and installed. And they are miselling them as hardwaring and with a warranty they have no intention of honouring. And they have zero shame about this. Pretty disgusting.

Having reached the end of our current project in Guildford, we explored a high-street kitchen supplier and obtained a quote. While the price was lower than the quote from Naked, the difference wasn’t significant. Having previously been a customer through Norfolk Oak, we trusted that the quality would be superior although we were limited with budget constraints.
To save costs, our builder installed the kitchen, and the quality and finish of the product are in a completely different stratosphere compared to kitchens from the well-known brands, who offer the usual 50 percent discounts year round.
There were a few minor logistical issues, but the customer service, care, attention to detail, and genuinely old-fashioned approach to customer service were exemplary.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough and although the cost is slightly higher this is built to last. Marcus

We have just received our new kitchen from Naked Kitchens and are absolutely delighted with it. Elizabeth was our consultant. She was helpful, creative, engaged and above all patient! We thoroughly recommend this company.

So pleased with our new Naked Kitchens. Fantastic show room in Norfolk and Ace really brought our ideas to life and to our budget meaning we managed to get everything we wanted in our dream kitchen. The quality of the joinery and the materials are amazing and everything has that wow factor we were after. Seren from the team was also very helpful and the worktop templaters and fitters were very professional and delivered great service

Great experience with Naked kitchens. Clear and prompt comms, helpful design support, and lovely quality.
Especially big thanks to Kate for being one of the best people we worked with on our kitchen project in terms of giving her input to inform and advise without it ever being pressurising or overriding our aims.
Lead time was longer than hoped (but was in line with what we were told up front) and was cheaper to shop around for appliances.

Great kitchen, well made cabinetry and a super range of standard and bespoke options.
It was great to be able to go and look in the Bloomsbury shop to help visualise spaces and talk over ideas. Thank you to Kate, in the branch, for helping to formulate the plan and for her patience and support when I changed my mind about layouts/cabinet fronts.
I was made to feel welcome on each of the times I popped into the shop and I didn’t feel pressured into buying the most expensive version of anything throughout the whole process.
I appreciated the clear invoice proforma and regular updates.
Items came very well packaged and clearly labelled.
I have given 4 (and a half!) stars and not 5 so here are my reasons/ suggestions: 1) I wasn’t able to see a larger piece of work surface so I was a bit nervous about my choice as it was a significant part of the design and budget (however the company that Naked used had good communication and fitters and the work surface turned out fine in the end)
2) delivery lorry had no tail lift so some of the extremely heavy pieces (eg double larder) were hard to manoeuvre even with the recommended 3 people.
Overall, I am very pleased with the way it has turned out and now need to save up for some matching cabinetry for the rest of the open plan room! Thanks once again Kate and the team.

Gorgeous kitchen.
Great presales support and support during installation.
Only glitch was a delay to the delivery of one of the appliances.
Really pleased with the result.

Good pre sales service, although hob choices need to be a little clearer ie vented or circulating. Quality product delivered. Errors dealt with quickly.

I could not recommend naked kitchens more. Their kitchens truly stand out for the quality of their materials and finish. Despite this, the real stars were the designers. I dealt with Ace, who patiently helped me shape our beloved kitchen, iteration after iteration. He showed true commitment and nothing but kindness and professionalism. If you are looking for a well made, well finished, kitchen where attention to detail matters (and shows), search no more.

Extremely happy with our kitchen and the whole process of getting to the desired result. I recommend Naked Kitchens to all my friends that are looking to update their own. Special shout out to Kate from the bloomsbury office who helped us with the design, making sure our wishes are met while thinking outside the box and being proactive in ensuring we have thought of all the little practical details with respect to the use of a kitchen.

From start to finish, Naked Kitchens were absolutely brilliant. We have quite a small kitchen so weren't sure if they would be the right choice for us, but we really liked the products, and it was certainly the right choice - we love our new kitchen. The quality of materials is excellent, everything works beautifully and looks amazing. Customer service was second to none, with a personal point of contact who kept us informed every step of the way, and was on hand to answer questions throughout the process. The kitchen has been in for a year now, and still looks and works as good as new.

I had a wonderful experience with Naked Kitchens. Laura was not only extremely knowlegable, thoughtful and detailed in her advice and responses throughout the process, but very friendly and patient - especially when I needed to sort out measurements and changed my mind on a few things along the way! 18 months later the kitchen still looks immaculate - the quality of the product and the service is fantastic!
